License Key out of installs

    I’m unable to update Events Calendar PRO because of a message saying my license key is out of installs. When I go to the Events Calendar website I have only one install which is on the site that I am trying to update and it doesn’t expire until May 2017. Please advise a solution.

    We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have experienced with your license keys.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I would recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/

    Basically, you can simply temporarily remove your existing license key from both your site and your account and re-enter it. That should fix things.
