MemberGood evening Kristian,
Thank you for writing back.
I DON’T want the REGULAR Swedish translations. We have made our own that are in the mo/po-files. We want eg. “Notis” in stead of “Evenemang” etc.
That is fine, but my recommendations still stand.
- From what I can see from your screenshot, the strings that need to have Swedish translations (even if they are your own) are not found in the Community Events language files, but rather in:
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/
- /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lang/
Furthermore, if you are going to used personalized version of the files, you will still need to update them from the POT files every release of our plugin.
This is done via the Catalog > Update from POT file menu in Poedit.
The reason for that is that if you don’t do that, you will be missing strings and some of the translations will not display properly (even though your non-updated language file would have you believe everything is fine)
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Damien,

You are correct, such issues are known to arise upon transferring a site from http to https.
This can be fixed by:
- Making sure that the URLs contain https under Settings > General
- Making sure that all content and database entries are using https URLs. This is especially true if the site was originally set up to be http and converted to https later on.
- Using the insecure content fixer plugin:Â https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Geoff B.Cheers

MemberGood evening Richard,
Our date pickers actually do work with HTTPS.
The issue arises when the SSL setup of a site needs review because of:- Self-signed certificates
- Discrepancies in General > Settings (http being used instead of https) – e.g.: with Set FORCE_SSL_ADMIN to true (in wp-config.php)
- When a site was set to https after initially being setup as http (and there are some resources still being served under http)
In all of these cases, the fix is to do a complete review of how https is being generated and configured.
As for the workaround I proposed, I just assumed that the production server was setup exactly as your staging site.
So at this point, short of taking a look at your live site’s config in the backend, I am limited in the help I can provide to review of your SSL setup. But I am totally game to look and see if I can spot anything obvious in the setup.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberBonjour Patrick,
Salutations,

MemberGood evening Liz,
Thank you for the files.
Based on my investigation, the Jupiter should have an option to allow you to control the page titles for the Archives. You can see that here:Â /wp-content/themes/jupiter/framework/admin/theme-options/params/blog/archive.php at line 40
I am not too familiar with that specific theme, but I believe that should be under the blog options.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Mike,
This is totally my bad. I was under the impression that this snippet also added the info in the cart.
After thorough research, it does not look like there is such a snippet or plugin available for now.
But, I will suggest it to our snippet ninjas (unless you want to adapt the above plugin yourself).Just to set expectations, sometimes snippet requests are not always possible, but I will totally give this a shot.
Hang in there as I follow-up on this for you.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Detlex,
Thank you for writing back.
This allowed me to investigate further. You are right. this specific string is hard to find.
So far, my best guess is that the “im” (instead of the “am”) string might be coming directly from WordPress language files.I will ask Dev tomorrow for a more in-depth explanation of how that works.
In the meantime, since my German is fairly limited, could you tell me if “im” vs “am” has to do with the formal vs informal version of the language ?
Hang in there as I follow up on this for you.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Parveen and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. As it turns out, that specific theme uses a customized version of our plugin.
We unfortunately do not provide support for customizations unfortunately. So I am afraid these questions will have to be addressed with the theme authors or you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon Dawn and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The easiest way to go about this would be to add the custom CSS rule to your Custom CSS metabox (in your theme’s options):
.home .fusion-events-shortcode .tribe-events-event-image {display:none !important}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Emma and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I understand that The Events Calendar Pro can manage weekly recurring events. But I’m not sure how the inventory / number of places available will be managed when there are 8 recurring events that are actually 1 course. We don’t want them to accidentally take more bookings than there are places available.
You are correct about the combination of plugins you will need:Â Woocommerce + The Events Calendar Pro + Event Tickets Plus
As it turns out, you are in luck. We currently only support 1 pool of tickets for all recurring events.
In other words, no matter which recurring event the tickets are bought from, it’s considered as 1 event and 1 global stock.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
