    Hi Geoff!
    Thanks for your response, I hope that this post is the right process as you indicated in your email. We would like to port the Event Pro subscription to the Ticket Plus subscription.

    The Ticket Pro is the same price as the Events Pro, is there any way we can swap that out?
    The short answer is yes, we can do that.
