MemberGood afternoon Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
I believe I understand what is going on. If I am not mistaken, you have very long events that last many years.
Currently, the Event Tickets Plus plugin is not built to handle that specific scenario AND allow you to offer tickets for every different day the event lasts for (in this case several hundreds).
However, it will work perfectly if each day is a separate event.
In other words, instead of having gigantic events that span from November 25, 2017 to November 25, 2020, you will have hundreds of events, one for each day. That allows you to setup tickets for every event, thus allowing the customer to purchase tickets for a specific day. That also allows you to control stock and produce reports for every day.
If you choose that approach, I would recommend displaying the event date when you go to the single event view. This way customers will know which day they are purchasing for.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Mathieu and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the events not showing up for the organizers.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a starting point, if you have not done so already, I highly recommend reading and using the following guides:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
Head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.
Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:
- Clearing WPML cache
- Using ALL the cleanup buttons located at the top of that page (including synchronize post taxonomies)
- Re-saving your permalinks
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have bumped into while using our plugins with WPML.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing you should know is that we do not fully support Event Tickets Plus integration with WPML yet: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
This feature is scheduled to be released later this year.
In the meantime, you could get it to partially work, but this is unsupported. To achieve that, you will need:
- WooCommerce multilingual
- Some manual intervention
After creating the ticket AND saving the event, head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.
Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:
- Clearing WPML cache
- Using the button that forces language assignment to items (which is what is creating the issue). This can also be accomplished by deactivating and reactivating WPML.
Your ticket will now magically appear.
The only downside is that the tickets you create in other languages are not really translations of the initial ticket. They are completely independent new tickets.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to enter the Events Calendar license key.
I would love to help you with this topic. The best approach to solve this is to go through the following, step-by-step: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
In a nutshell: make sure you have both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro plugins installed and activated.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. The only email notification that is controlled by Event Tickets Plus is the tickets. The setting for that is controlled under the Events -> Settings -> Tickets (at the bottom of the screen).
All other email notifications will come from WooCommerce (order, billing, etc..).
Sometimes emails are not being sent out because of something going wrong with the built-in WP Mail functionality.
You can have the system send tickets from a chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether for all emails. This is usually the preferred method.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
As for notifying event organizers, you could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/niconerd/16770b84adb6156aaa77948bf208bacb
But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you have faced while trying to move your license around. I would love to help you with this topic.
Before I do that however, I would like to address your additional support requests.
Unfortunately, we cannot add additional recipients to forum threads because that functionality is unavailable.
With that in mind, typically, when a license is “sticky” (hard to remove), it is usually caused by some type of conflict on the WordPress install.
Since it might take a while to pinpoint the conflict and you seem to be pressed for time, I took the liberty of using a more forceful approach: I simply deleted your old license and created a brand new one.
This should make it straightforward to use the new license key. Simply log into your account to grab the new details.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. We are currently in the process of including the “Buy Now” and all other buttons in the Events Calendar’s customizer.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-button {
background-color: #000;
}Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. The simplest way to achieve this would be to create a customization for the single event view (template override).
In fact we have built our calendar in a way that makes this relatively straightforward.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. It sounds like your WordPress theme is struggling with finding the appropriate title.
Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see what I mean.Thankfully, this is usually very easy to fix by either:
- Tweaking your WordPress theme files
- Using a code snippet.
To get started, I would recommend reading the following:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-events-calendar-with-constants/
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for Event Tickets users here in our pre-sales forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum and all our premium forums to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- On the WordPress.org support forum for the Events Calendar.
- If you’re a current premium license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
With that in mind, this is being caused by the way you WordPress theme handles WordPress archives. Here are a couple of articles to get you started:
