ParticipantI followed your instructions for moving a license from one URL to another, but your pop up did not happen as your instructions show. It deactivated from the URL and there is no further option to move it. I’m not paying for another license because ours did not expire until Sept. 2018. I would like to speak to someone.

ParticipantI do not have anything to reply to because I have not heard from you.

MemberGood evening David and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you have faced while trying to move your license around. I would love to help you with this topic.
Before I do that however, I would like to address your additional support requests.
Unfortunately, we cannot add additional recipients to forum threads because that functionality is unavailable.
With that in mind, typically, when a license is “sticky” (hard to remove), it is usually caused by some type of conflict on the WordPress install.
Since it might take a while to pinpoint the conflict and you seem to be pressed for time, I took the liberty of using a more forceful approach: I simply deleted your old license and created a brand new one.
This should make it straightforward to use the new license key. Simply log into your account to grab the new details.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
