I would love to help you with this topic. Our client teaches classes, not all are scheduled at this point. Is there a way to show a list of unscheduled classes?
Yes there is. It is a bit hacky but it should work.
- Set unscheduled events in the future (after all scheduled events)
- Assign all unscheduled classes to a specific Event category (e.g.: unscheduled)
- Using CSS create a rule that hides the tribe-events-event-meta div for that category
- Still using CSS, do the same for the single event view.
In other words, the unscheduled classes will display, but you will hide the date.
Once that is done, you can simply use a shortcode to display only the unscheduled events in a specific page.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We’ll be glad to answer your questions. From what I understand, you are trying to sell tickets as part of your the Events Calendar installation. The simplest way to achieve this is with two plugins:
- Event Tickets Plus: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
- WooCommerce
Simply follow the new user primer of Event Tickets Plus to complete the installation.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Marine and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.– allow clients to change their reservations (select a new date)
Not directly. Each reservation is a distinct WooCommerce product.
As such, the client either has have the initial order refunded and purchase a new reservation (or have the store admin perform that for them).– work with woocommerce variations ? (eg. type of workshop)
Not at the moment. But you can vote for that feature here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6388546-support-woo-product-variations-within-event-ticket
– can show a calendar of events on the back office (with infos such as full or not, number of participants, etc) ?
Yes, each event gets a complete and thorough attendee and sales report: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
– send an email 72h before the event
Not at the moment.
With that in mind some of our customers are using third-party WooCommerce follow-up emails plugin for that purpose.– Automatically send events to admin google agenda
This feature is not built-in. But you can absolutely subscribe to any calendar.
Simply use the link found under the “Export Events” button (see it here: https://wpshindig.com/events/)Have a great day!

We’ll be glad to answer your questions. The two needs are:
1. Individual or corporate registration for an event
2. Invoice payments for eventsBoth of these needs can be met with our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on (with the help of WooCommerce): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
for #1: I need an individual to be able to register for an event (which is simple), but I also need someone to be able to buy 10 tickets for their corporation. This would be additionally valuable if someone could buyout a table.
That can be accomplished in a couple of ways. you can:
- Let the user select the quantity of tickets of their choice (which is a basic feature of Event Tickets Plus)
- Create several ticket types for an event (e.g.: single ticket and table). Once that is done, using a WooCommerce quantity rule plugin or a snippet, you could force an increment of quantity on the table ticket.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Normally, when you enter Event Aggregator’s license key, the option for Google imports should be made available.
By the sound of it, it looks like there is unfortunately some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
If the above doesn’t help, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket
Let me know how that goes.

We’ll be glad to answer your questions. What would you suggest, your Aggregator or Eventbrite Tickets plugin?
Both are awesome. But for now, only Eventbrite tickets is able to import Eventbrite-related information: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/
You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-events-from-eventbrite-com/

I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is yes, this can be accomplished.
You have 2 ways to go about this:
- Write some custom code to achieve this
- Use a third-party WooCommerce discount plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/
I would recommend the second approach (there are quite a few out there so you will need to experiment a bit).
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about that the Italian translation is not working as it should.
I would love to help you with this topic. When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:
- Your translation files are not up to date
- You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
- The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”
In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.
The other thing that might be happening is that the italian translation files need fixing.
I highly recommend reading the two following articles on translation:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
This should enable you to submit a fix for the mistake. This way everyone can benefit from your fixes.
In fact, we offer free licenses as an incentive to those that help complete translation of our plugins in their language.

I would love to help you with this topic.I managed to remove the link by using this code from the link below. I tried it before in the plugin CSS where it didn’t work, but now I added it to the CSS field in the theme and that did the trick.
Kudos on that. Another approach is to simply create a custom version of single-event.php in your theme files and remove that link altogether.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
the website is bilingual French and English. I worked around this by creating events in 2 categories EN and FR and filtering them with shortcode.
Although this is a pretty creative approach, Polylang Pro actually supports the Events Calendar.
Is there any way I can write a line of code that says – if you’re on a page of category EN, go back to link A, if you’re on a page of category FR, go back to link B?
Yes, that could most likely be achieved via PHP. In other words, you will need to customize things a bit.
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not appearing.
I would love to help you with this topic. Most of the time this is caused by either:
- The start sale date of the ticket being in the future
- The end sale date being in the past
The solution is to open the tickets settings and take a look the tickets settings.
If that does not work. Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps. As for the rest API, it is still a fairly recent addition and definitely a work in progress.
The current available documentation lives here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

We are sorry to hear about the sidebar creeping up on your single event template.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is making sure that all caches are cleared.
Once that is done, head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and quickly switch to another template under Events Template. Return to your current setting, empty the cache one more time and see if that helps. If not, the CSS solution you found is awesome.
Another approach would be to do a template customization of the single event view. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Let me know if that helps.

We are sorry to hear about the snippet not working.
I would love to help you with this topic. You could apply one of the following snippets in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top):
- https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/4f06f95dbff364242cf54a3b5271b182
But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.

We are sorry to hear about the emails not making it through.
I would love to help you with this topic. This can happen on certain setups unfortunately.
The solution is to have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know how that goes.
