MemberDear Greg,
Here is the 4 step “force treatment” in case you ever need it:
- Go to String Translation and search for the exact “category” string. Translate ALL of them to “category” (even if they do not seem related to slugs), check “translation complete” and hit “save”
- Go over to the permalinks page and re-save them
- Head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page and hit the following 2 buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Recreate ST DB cache tables (located a bit down that screen)
I have performed this on the other sites and they look OK as well.
Have a good easter weekend,

MemberGood afternoon Marco,
I will gladly answer your follow-up questions.
is this manual intervention just during ticket creation? Not after the buying process by attendee?
Yes, only after ticket creation.
this means each language ticket has its own stock reduced by the buyer, not just one ticket stock reduced by any language.
That is correct. So in essence you have 2 completely independent sets of ticket stocks for now.
so in case two different price tickets are needed for the same event in different dates, is there a chance to create a specific ticket for the date with specific price and remove the recursive ticket?
You could probably achieve that by cheating with CSS.
The procedure is:
- Create all the possible tickets you need
- Hide the unwanted ones from specific recurring events using CSS
It is a bit cumbersome, but it should buy you some time.

MemberGood evening Simon, Lars and Cordes,
After investigation it looks like this is a glitch caused by the recent WooCommerce 3 update which “breaks” the extension
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We have found a solution for this.It only needs to be tested before it is released.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.Best regards,
Geoff B.Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Dominic,
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.I am sorry I could not get a hold of the extension author during this busy period.
I will make another request about this.In the meantime, I ran some additional tests on my end.
Aside from a glitch with WooCommerce 3 which we are working of fixing for this extension, it works.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Titus!
I can’t get the currency to show unless I add the
currency in the amount space. That is because you are using a range (e.g.: 10 – 23) when that is detected, you will indeed need to handle the currency symbol manually.
But, if you enter a single value (e.g.: 10), you will see the currency symbol reappear.
To add a listing from the front end the currency cost option is not
available after adding the code. Here is a snippet to add the cost field to the Community Events form: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/ab6203b4e9f6a881e6b4338a733ed7bf
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
