MemberHi Liam,
Good question and thanks for checking out Eventbrite Tickets!
I’m afraid that the plugin does not allow you to import events by entering a Profile ID. You can import any event using the Event ID and connect your Eventbrite account with the plugin so that your events are automatically recognized by the plugin — however, it is unable to fetch events based on any Profile ID.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHello Heemin,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I see that the billing info has already been updated with the correct information. I went ahead and sent you a fresh invoice by email.
Thanks!

MemberHello @showchinchillaz,
Good question! I’m afraid that none of our plugins offer that specific functionality.
Event Tickets Plus allows folks to see tickets for the events they are registered to attend and Community Events allows those who have submitted events to the calendar to see a list of those events, bit neither of those is the same as what you’re describing.
I think this would make for an interesting feature request. Out of curiosity, how do you see this working? Specifically, I’m wondering:
- Would someone need to be logged into WordPress in order to save events and view their saved events?
- Would would the process be for someone to save an event? Is there a specific link or button somewhere on the calendar, or perhaps the event post itself?
- How would a visitor access their personal calendar once they are signed into WordPress? Is there a link to view a list of personal events in the calendar or would it be in the WordPress profile, or somewhere else altogether?
- Are there any other considerations to take into account?
I’d be happy to help write up a feature question based on your feedback, if you’d like. I can’t guarantee that we would build this, but putting a feature request together is the first step to making it happen to see if it’s something others are interested in and whether it’s something we could reasonably build.
Thanks!

MemberHi Matteo,
Good question! I played around with the shortcode a bit and there unfortunately is no straightforward or supported way to move the location of the map. In other words, it will always be placed at the top of the page and the page content will be placed between the map and the beginning of the event list.
Sorry for the bad news and that I don’t have a workaround for you here, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHello Jens,
Oh no, that’s not good! Let’s see what happening and try to get the calendar to show up again.
First off, is there a page on your client’s site called “Events” or that uses the /events slug? Please go through the published pages and check because it looks as though the content on the page right now is custom content that would not have been included in the calendar:

If there is a page called Events or that uses the /events slug, then please delete it permanently from WordPress, clear your permalinks, then see if that makes a difference. You can clear permalinks by heading to Settings > Permalinks from the WordPress dashboard and simply clicking the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the screen without having made any actual changes.
I’m hoping that does the trick. If not, then we’ll need to try some other troubleshooting ideas.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi Brittany,
Sorry for the trouble here! In fact, I just saw one other thread come in this morning reporting a similar message in a similar situation.
Looking at your account, this is the website I see that is currently registered with your Events Calendar PRO license:Â http://www.stmarystudentparish.org
Just to confirm: is this the correct site?
If it is, will you please take a screenshot of your Events > Settings > Licenses screen and share it with me here in a private reply? I’m hoping that will give me a good idea of where to look and see whether I can replicate the same issue on my test site.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi Todd,
Good question. There is no setting in The Events Calendar that allows you to duplicate an event. However, there are several WordPress plugins out there that do post duplications and I found this one that looks like it would do the job. You might want to consider that or another one like it for duplicating an event post instead of adding it to a recurring series.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHowdy DeAnne,
Sorry for the trouble here with install notices! That’s not good — let’s see if we can figure it out together.
First off, will you please send me a screenshot of the screen with the notice? I checked your account and you do indeed have only one site registered to your licenses. I’m hoping that seeing the notice will give me a better idea of where to look and whether I can reproduce it on my test site.
Thanks!

MemberHi Dan, thanks for getting in touch!
The download buttons in the single event view are included in The Events Calendar by default. In other words, Events Calendar PRO is not needed in order for them to be displayed.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Keith,
Sure thing — we have a pretty nice refund policy that allows you to request a full refund on all our products within 30 days of purchase. Make sure you submit your request within that window and we’d be happy to process it for you if Events Aggregator does not fit your needs for any reason.
Cheers!

MemberHeck yeah, it’s my pleasure to help and I’m glad to hear this has been useful to you so far. 🙂
You can use the code I provided once and it will apply to the attendee lists for all events.
To make sure it does not get lost on an update, I would suggest making sure you save it to a child theme of your theme. Child themes are used to help save any customizations you make to the theme from future theme updates:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Once your child theme is set up, you can:
- Make a new folder in it called tribe-events
- Make a new folder in that one called tickets
- Add the customized attendee-list.php template to that last folder
That will save you from losing those changes on future theme and plugin updates. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Nick,
Thanks for following up! Let me address your specific questions:
1) Does the paid-for pro version support shortcodes?
Yes, Events Calendar PRO does support shortcodes. In fact, it support two kinds: one for full calendar views and another for embedding calendar widgets.
2) Can the various text elements be edited with CSS to increase type size and fonts?
Yes, you can override the CSS for any calendar view or component. Please check out our Themer’s Guide, which includes instructions for how to do that.
3) Is there an online manual for Event Agregator?
Absolutely. We have a full category dedicated to Event Aggregator in our Knowledgebase here on this site:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/plugin/event-aggregator/
4) Is there a way for users to search for events using categories?
Yes, our Filter Bar add-on is worth looking into if you’re interested in allowing visitors to display events by category. It also allows you to set filters for other things, like Tag, Venue, Organizer, Time of Day, Cost and many other variables.
Cheers!
