Out of License Keys

    I purchased another year of events calendar pro in Nov 2017. I received a message a few weeks ago that I was out of license keys for my account. On my plugins page in word press, events calendar pro is sitting in the ‘updates available’ tab and there is no link to update. I only have 1 site on this account, so I don’t understand how I can be out of license keys. I have scoured the support pages for feedback on this issue and have not found a fix. Please help!

    Sorry for the trouble here! In fact, I just saw one other thread come in this morning reporting a similar message in a similar situation.

    Looking at your account, this is the website I see that is currently registered with your Events Calendar PRO license: http://www.stmarystudentparish.org

    Just to confirm: is this the correct site?

    If it is, will you please take a screenshot of your Events > Settings > Licenses screen and share it with me here in a private reply? I’m hoping that will give me a good idea of where to look and see whether I can replicate the same issue on my test site.

    Will you please try manually installing the plugin update? You can do that by following the steps outlined here in this guide:

    Manual Updates

    Let me know if that clears the update notice and gets things back to normal.
