MemberHello John–excellent question!
The multi-site license is perfect for a WordPress network installation but not so good as far as licensing for each individual site. In this case, I would suggest purchases two Agency-level licenses, which will cover you for up to 20 sites. If you plan on adding a couple more sites to your list, then I would suggest the Unlimited-level license because it winds up being cheaper in the long run.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey E.Jay,
Thanks for reaching out and good question.
Please go ahead and send me a screenshot of your receipt here in a private reply. I can process the refund for you so you can swap the Personal Licenses for a Business level one instead. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Kristen,
Thanks for getting in touch–and great question.
Yes, you are totally able to install The Events Calendar, PRO or any of our plugins to your site now if you have them and enter the license key later. The license key provides access to automatic updates and support here in the forums, so that’s all you’ll be missing while the license key is missing. Otherwise, the functionality will remain the same and you will not lose any data.
Does this help clarify things? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Kerry,
So sorry for the trouble here! Let’s try to figure this out together and get things back to where they should. 🙂
First off, are you able to log into your account on this site and download the latest versions of The Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar from My Account > Downloads? If so, please do that and follow this guide to manually install the latest versions of those plugins.
Once the new versions are installed and activated, please check back in with me to let me know if that makes a difference in the “The following plugins are out of date” error message you’re seeing.
If it does, then we will move on to the other error message you noted:
503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Tribe PRO Support for assistance.
Let’s start here and see what we find.
Thanks!

MemberHello Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m so glad to hear you’re giving The Events Calendar a look and hope it’s a goof fit for you. 🙂
The calendar does not include an automatic CSV import right out of the box. However, we do have an extension called iCal Importer that you might be interested in. It does do automatic imports from other sources to The Events Calendar. I do want to caution though that it pulls from sources with a valid iCal URL–such as Google Calendar. That way, for example, you could create events in Google Calendar and automatically feed them into your WordPress site on a scheduled basis.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHello @Nickolas,
Nice explanation of the scenario! I’m pretty sure I’m following you here and think I can help.
I’m kind of wondering if there isn’t a conflict here with the theme or another plugin. I know there have been reports in the past of incompatibilities between The Events Calendar, Divi and Page Builder, so it might be worth starting there.
For instance, does the event title display when using the Default Events Template in your settings instead?
If so, then I would suggest using the templates that come with The Events Calendar as the basis for your custom template–in fact, I would likely create template overrides for them in the tribe-events folder just like you did for the single-event.php file. That gives you a starting point that you know works from the beginning and allows you to see where and what is causing the title to not display.
Please do give that a shot and let me know if it helps! At worst, we will need to try truly testing for conflicts to see if this is indeed a theme or another plugin conflict to see just how much I would be able to able help.
Cheers!

MemberHi Ana,
The difference between WP E-Commerce and WooCommerce is mostly preference. They both offer the ability to sell products (like tickets) directly in WordPress and both offer a number of payment gateways (such as PayPal) to complete those transactions. I tend to see more of our customers using WooCommerce, but that’s just an observation and not meant to be a recommendation.
Does that make sense and does that help clarify things a bit more? Please do let me know and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
