ParticipantHi there,
I’ve looked and searched for an answer to my issue. Our site is 99% events. We have the Pro version and updated from the patch sent out on Sept 24. I don’t know if we’ve had this issue for a while or not. Our rollout is next week so I am going through the site to find any bugs. Voila! I found one! πHere’s the issue… Our menu links to categories of different events (events/category/name of category). We have set the default to list. When going from, for example, List to Month a “no results found” message appears. I changed the default to Month, to Photo, etc and each time switching from one view to another I receive the same message. After this error, when I click on one of the other views I receive a list of all of the events.
I tested this in the Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Fourteen themes and also disabled all plugins except TEC and TEC Pro. I hope I have been enough information with this issue. Thank you in advance for your help!
Kind regards.September 25, 2015 at 2:57 pm #1008862Nico
MemberHowdy Nadia,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reporting this issue. Unfortunately I could reproduce this myself and confirm it’s a bug.
Just logged it in our product backlog, and hope to see a fix for this really soon, but I don’t think this will happen before you site’s launch date π
For now the only solution I can offer is to downgrade our plugins to version 3.11 as I could confirm this was introduced in our latest release 3.12. Do you think you can do so?
Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause until fixed and thanks for reporting it,
Have a great weekend,

ParticipantHi Nico,
Thank you for your message. Unfortunately we can’t downgrade to 3.11 because the current release fixed another issue. We’ll just have to wait, I guess. I assume the new release won’t be for a while?
Thanks again,

MemberHi Nadia,
Sorry to hear you are between a rock and a hard place, but hopefully this will be out really soon in a maintenance release π
Please let me know if you would like to keep this thread open until you can confirm this is working, or I can close it out -in which case you are always welcome to open up a new one if it doesn’t.
Thanks again for reporting this,
Best,

MemberHey there! Just a heads up that The Events Calendar 3.12.3 and The Events Calendar PRO 3.12.2 shipped just minutes ago and include a fix for the issue you reported here. Please do check it out and make the update!
Thanks for your patience and support while we worked this out. π
