    My event calendar has stopped working, the basic version updated by not the 2 paid add on’s, it says to download these, but it is giving me an error:-
    503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Tribe PRO Support for assistance.

    These both have valid licence keys to 2016, and now my events have stopped working.

    This is the error on my dashboard
    The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 3.10.1, The Events Calendar: Filter Bar 3.10.1. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version.

    Another failed upgrade!!

    Hi Kerry,

    So sorry for the trouble here! Let’s try to figure this out together and get things back to where they should. 🙂

    First off, are you able to log into your account on this site and download the latest versions of The Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar from My Account > Downloads? If so, please do that and follow this guide to manually install the latest versions of those plugins.

    Once the new versions are installed and activated, please check back in with me to let me know if that makes a difference in the “The following plugins are out of date” error message you’re seeing.

    If it does, then we will move on to the other error message you noted:

    503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Tribe PRO Support for assistance.

    Let’s start here and see what we find.
