MemberHi @jskk123,
Sorry to hear you’re bumping into this issue as well. I have noted it for the team to add to the Known Issues page, though you will likely receive notifications when updates are posted to this thread now that you have added yourself to it.
As far as older versions of the plugin, you can find those in your account by heading to My Account > Downloads. Access to older versions can depend on when your license was first activated, so let me know if you do not have it for any reason and I can find another way to get it to you.
Jan, thanks for chiming in as well. I see you opened a thread of your own (which is great and what we encourage!) and we will see you in there shortly.
As far as additional replies, I would strongly encourage that each person open a new thread rather than continue to jump into this one. It helps keep these conversations direct and focused on the person who originally opened the thread. 🙂
I’ll keep this thread in Pending Fix status and we’ll follow-up when we have more information to share. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi Bob,
Oh yes, I did miss the second part of your question — sorry about that!
That’s a really good point. I mean, there are a list of key links in the WordPress Admin Bar at the top of the screen when you are logged into WordPress, where the Events tab guides you to everything from calendar settings to the actual calendar and many things in between, but I imagine there are other things that could be added there per your observation.
Can you give me a few examples of links you would like to see directly added that would make things easier for you? I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team and perhaps even help write a formal feature request with you to post in our feature request forum.
Cheers!

MemberHi Tammy,
Thanks for following up!
I’m afraid I have not received an email from you. Would you be willing to post that screenshot here as a forum reply for me?
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Diane,
I have checked using:
- My computer using Chrome for Mac (screenshot)
- My computer using Firefox (screenshot), Safari (screenshot) and Opera (screenshot)
- Computers from other team members using Chrome and Firefox on Windows (screenshot)
I am super sorry that I haven’t been able to see the same thing as you! I’m definitely not trying to be difficult, but it is very tough to troubleshoot something that neither I or others on my team have been able to see.
One idea is to try adding the line in there manually with CSS. This is the CSS that is used in the plugin’s stylesheet. Please feel free to try adding it to either your style.css file or on the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen:
.events-archive.events-gridview #tribe-events-content table .type-tribe_events { border-bottom: 1px solid #e7e7e7; }Sorry again that I’ve been able to see the problem so far, but I hope that perhaps the CSS might help.
Cheers!

MemberHey Bob,
Welcome back! Hope you’re doing well. 🙂
You’re right that the plugin does not currently support a condensed view like that, nor for a view that display all events, both past and upcoming.
I do believe it is possible to do that, but it would require a good amount of custom development. While we’re limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this here in the forums, I’m happy to at least help you move in the right direction.
I f I were tackling this, I would likely start with a custom query using the tribe_get_events() function as a starting point. Here’s a full overview of how it works:
That allows you to construct fetch events, regardless of past or upcoming and to determine how they are sorted.
From there, it’s a matter of creating the markup in a custom page template for the layout you want, then styling it with CSS.
Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but will this at least help get you started? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi @arthur,
Welcome back to the forums!
You can change the URL associated with your license keys directly here on our site in your account profile. Here is a post that outlines the step-by-step instructions to do that:

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHey Ruben,
Great question! You need Event Tickets Plus for extra fields to be added to the Event Tickets registration form. Here’s a full tutorial on how the custom fields work, including screenshots of the editor.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberThanks, @crharrison — I’ll keep this thread in Pending Fix and we’ll follow-up with you when we find some insights based on what you’ve provided so far, whether that’s from me or someone else on the team.
I definitely appreciate your help and patience while we dig into this — performance issues are never cut and dry, but we do take them seriously and want to figure this out with you.

MemberHi Andrew,
Great question! The Events Calendar does have options for a user to download the ICS file for a calendar, which can be imported into most calendar applications. It also includes an RSS feed that visitors can use to subscribe to in any RSS reader.
If I’m not mistaken, those are actually the same features offered by Time.ly. I’d be happy to confirm that if you happen to have a link where I can see that feature.
Cheers!

MemberHi Hannes,
You know, I actually have not come across any examples where the map has been customized. However, looking at the links you provided, it appears that changing the map markers requires a small bit of Javascript to be added to the page. While I haven’t done this personally, we do have a list of folks that we would recommend for help with that.
Let me know if you have any other questions about how our plugins work and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey Brent,
Sorry for the trouble with downloading the plugin!
Are you logged into the the account on this site when clicking that link? The download does require you to be logged in.
In the meantime, another way to get the plugin file is to log into your account and head to the My Account > Downloads screen. Is you co-worker able to provide you with the credentials to do that?
Thanks so much!
