ParticipantI purchased Calendar Pro and received the License Key. It looks like it is a License Key for Event Aggregator.

MemberHi Tammy,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I just checked your account and you do indeed have a license for Events Calendar PRO.
One thing I see happen often is the license for Events Calendar PRO accidentally being entered in the Event Aggregator field on the Events > Settings > Licenses screen.
Will you please check that screen and make sure that the license is entered in the field for Events Calendar PRO? If it is already there, will you please take a screenshot and share it with me here as a private reply?
Thanks so much!

ParticipantThanks for the quick response. It bring me to the Aggregator key sign in. I don’t see anywhere for the Calendar PRO…

MemberHey Tammy,
Thanks for following up!
Hmm, weird. If Events Calendar PRO is installed and activated in WordPress, then the Events > Settings > Licenses screen should display a field for you to enter your Events Calendar PRO license key.
Will you please do two things for me:
- Send me a screenshot of your Events > Settings > Licenses screen? I want to compare it to the one on my test site.
- Navigate to Events > Help, copy the System Information on the screen and paste it here for more as a private reply? That will help me check your settings for The Events Calendar in case there is something there that might offer a clue.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Tammy,
Thanks for following up!
I’m afraid I have not received an email from you. Would you be willing to post that screenshot here as a forum reply for me?
Thanks so much!

MemberHmm, it looks like you tried responding but only your name came through. Definitely let me know if you’re able to share a screenshot and I’d be happy to help!

MemberHi Tammy,
No worries! Here are instructions for how to take a screenshot:
https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
Also, it would be super helpful if you could log into WordPress, navigate to the Events > Help screen, copy the System Information that is on the page, and paste it here for me as a private reply. You can mark a reply private by selecting the option right above the Submit button before posting your reply here on the forum.
Thanks so much!
