    How do I add horizontal line between events that occur on the same day on the month view? See attached. For example, I would like to have a separator line between “SPRING VACATION SCHOOL” and “SPRING BREAK” on Monday March 20th, 2017.

    Hi Diane,

    Thanks for getting in touch! I was just checking out your site and it’s looking really great so far — nice work!

    As I was looking around, it appears that there are lines between the events when there are multiple events on the same day. Here’s a screenshot of what I saw.

    Were you able to resolve this on your own? If i’m looking in the wrong place, please feel free to point me in the right direction and I’d be happy to keep looking into it with you. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Diane,

    Thanks for following up!

    I’m afraid the screenshot your tried sharing did not make it through. Would you be willing to try attaching it again?

    In the meantime,  I re-visited your site and continue to see the horizontal lines between events in Month View. Here’s another screenshot of what I see and I am viewing the calendar on Chrome for Mac as well.

    If you are not seeing the lines, do you see them when you view the calendar in other browsers? Or is it just Chrome?

    Thanks,
    Geoff

    Hi Diane,

    Awesome, thanks for the screenshot link!

    Hmm, it’s very strange that your browser does not show the lines but mine does and makes it very tough to troubleshoot. Even when I check the site today, I still see the lines between events, like the screenshots I provided in my past replies.

    Going back to the the question in my last reply:

    If you are not seeing the lines, do you see them when you view the calendar in other browsers? Or is it just Chrome?

    The reason I ask is because I wonder if your Chrome browser is caching a version of the page without lines. Viewing the calendar in another browser would confirm that. If you could check the page in Firefox that would be great. And, if you do not see the lines in Firefox, then please send me a screenshot of that as well.

    For the record, here is a screenshot of what I see in Firefox. I also asked others on my team to check as well and they, too, see the lines.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Diane,

    I have checked using:

    I am super sorry that I haven’t been able to see the same thing as you! I’m definitely not trying to be difficult, but it is very tough to troubleshoot something that neither I or others on my team have been able to see.

    One idea is to try adding the line in there manually with CSS. This is the CSS that is used in the plugin’s stylesheet. Please feel free to try adding it to either your style.css file or on the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen:

    .events-archive.events-gridview #tribe-events-content table .type-tribe_events {
    border-bottom: 1px solid #e7e7e7;
    }

    Sorry again that I’ve been able to see the problem so far, but I hope that perhaps the CSS might help.

    Cheers!

    Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
