MemberHey Tammy,
Thanks for following up!
Hmm, weird. If Events Calendar PRO is installed and activated in WordPress, then the Events > Settings > Licenses screen should display a field for you to enter your Events Calendar PRO license key.
Will you please do two things for me:
- Send me a screenshot of your Events > Settings > Licenses screen? I want to compare it to the one on my test site.
- Navigate to Events > Help, copy the System Information on the screen and paste it here for more as a private reply? That will help me check your settings for The Events Calendar in case there is something there that might offer a clue.
Thanks so much!

MemberHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
In the meantime, I will note that most of what you are asking here takes a bit of custom development and can be accomplished by overriding the plugin templates to modify the layout by moving the code around. Please check out our Themer’s Guide for thorough details on how to override the template files to create custom layouts.
Thanks so much!

MemberHey Hannes,
You bet! That example uses Events Calendar PRO which includes a Map View like that right out of the box where there is a large map at the top of the screen and a list of events beneath it. As long as you already have our free The Events Calendar plugin installed, then Events Calendar PRO will add that view for you with no other installation needed. 🙂
Customizing the map style and markers is definitely more involved. The plugin uses Google Maps to create the map, so any customizations you make to it would have to be done there and will likely require custom development.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Rachel,
Thanks for getting in touch! I hope you had a great weekend. 🙂

But, to answer your question, yes, The Events Calendar does allow you to display past events. All past events can be accessed at: [your-site]/events/past
Cheers!

MemberHi @yashasvi,
Yes, visitors to your site can use a credit card to purchase tickets that were created with Event Tickets Plus. As you mentioned, the plugin integrates with WooCommerce, which allows you to accept credit cards. The tickets are created in Event Tickets Plus and the actual checkout process is handled through WooCommerce.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Jonas,
Thanks for the link!
Looks like my colleague, Victor, is assigned to the thread. I just talked to him and he is indeed in the process of replying to you. You can expect that shortly. 🙂
As a side note, I do want to make sure we are setting good expectations with you. I read in your reply to Victor that I had promised you a “solution” to your issue, though I do not see any record of that. What I promised was support. In this case, Victor is supporting you in the way he helped identify an issue with you and making sure we get a fix in your hands as soon as possible. I realize that immediate solutions are ideal but some solutions do take time to complete and our support promise to you is that we will always help answer your questions and stick with you through any issues until a practical solution is provided.
I hope this helps clarify things a bit! Like I noted, you can expect a reply from Victor shortly and I hope it helps provide a temporary workaround for the issue you reported.
Cheers!

MemberHi @crharrison,
Thanks so much for the system information!
I’m definitely going to look at the system information more but, as I do, will you please do two things for me:
- Provide me with a copy of your database. This will allow us to apply it to one of our sites for a hands-on test to see what’s going on.
- Run the Query Monitor plugin. Now that it is installed and activated, you can visit any page of your site (while logged in) and it will show you  report of your queries in the footer of the page. If you could visit one of the slow sites/pages in question, look at the queries, and share with me which ones are dragging things down, that would be a super help.
In the meantime, I am not seeing any serious red flags in the system information. I mean, there are a lot of installed plugins which often gives me pause because that increases the likelihood of a conflict between one or more other plugins, but I also know you’ve been using our plugins for years, so it would be sort of strange that this just now pops up. I’m hoping that having a copy of your database and a report of underperforming queries will help us zero in on where to look.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Bob,
I’ve gone ahead and deactivated your license for Events Aggregator and exchanged it for a Events Calendar PRO license.
You can access the new license key by logging into your account on our site and navigating to My Account > License Keys. You will also be able to access a download of Events Calendar PRO by navigating to the Downloads screen from there.
Let me know if you have any issues accessing your new license key and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Kathleen,
Sure thing, I’m happy to help with a refund. In fact, I’ve gone ahead and issued a refund for your order (#1236596) and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.
Sorry if it was not immediately clear that The Events Calendar is only compatible with WordPress. In any case, I sure do hope you consider us down the road for future projects where WordPress is being used.
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi @crharrison,,
Yes, it would, as long as the theme that is running the function is installed across all sites on the network.
