    Hi there,

    I’m searching for a possibility to get an time picker (01:00-24:00 instead of 1am – 12pm) in the community events submission form.

    Is it possible and how can i resolve this issue?

    Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!

    We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

    If you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our Community Events support forum  instead?

    In the meantime, you may want to check your WordPress time format settings because that is where Community Events bases it’s time settings. You can check those on the Settings > General screen from the WordPress admin menu in the dashboard (screenshot).

    thank you for the quick response!
    The wordpress time-format-settings are correct set to H:i
    Community events publishes the events in the correct format BUT in the Events-Submit-Form at the frontend there is a time picker with am/pm (see screenshot: http://imgur.com/Uuz7kTK)
    I want to change this time picker to 00:00-24:00

    I bought the plugin on wp-spring. I can’t find the license key there. If I have to buy a new license to get additional support, please tell me!

    Oh no! Sounds like you purchased a license from a re-seller instead of directly through us. Unfortunately, we only provide support for licenses that were purchased from us because that’s ultimately what we’re selling with a license: support and access to product updates.

    Does WP-Spring offer support for the products they sell? If so, I would suggest reaching out to them directly. I am happy to (1) keep this thread open in case anyone else in the community wants to jump in and offer a recommendation and (2) make a note of your report and log a bug ticket for it if I can re-produce the issue.

    thank you for reply!
    You only provide support for items-license directly bought from you – I understand.
    So – A few days ago, I bought a original license for this item and put my question into the premium support forum.

    Now there isn’t a solution and I get no final answer.
    I’m very disappointed.

    Looks like my colleague, Victor, is assigned to the thread. I just talked to him and he is indeed in the process of replying to you. You can expect that shortly. 🙂

    As a side note, I do want to make sure we are setting good expectations with you. I read in your reply to Victor that I had promised you a “solution” to your issue, though I do not see any record of that. What I promised was support. In this case, Victor is supporting you in the way he helped identify an issue with you and making sure we get a fix in your hands as soon as possible. I realize that immediate solutions are ideal but some solutions do take time to complete and our support promise to you is that we will always help answer your questions and stick with you through any issues until a practical solution is provided.

    I hope this helps clarify things a bit! Like I noted, you can expect a reply from Victor shortly and I hope it helps provide a temporary workaround for the issue you reported.
