Moving Title from Featured Image to Be at the top of the Single event

How do I move the Title and time of event to be above the featured image. I have looked everywhere and cannot find a way to do this.

You will see that the title is a pop up in the featured image square.
I need Rancho Rio February 21st 8am 10am set as the title of the event, not in the featured image. The featured image I need to be a flyer and it will block the wording in mobile and some computer views.
Also I need the words to be added that the event is Enter Up at 8am and Rope at 10am. The only way I see to even come close to this is put that the event starts at 8am and ends at 10am. But this is not true for the events I am listing. I need people to see in the title that it is enter at 8am and roping starts at 10 am. Please advise. Is there a way to change my calendar to be the way as I need it and have it show up on the single event this way in the title.

In the meantime, I will note that most of what you are asking here takes a bit of custom development and can be accomplished by overriding the plugin templates to modify the layout by moving the code around. Please check out our Themer’s Guide for thorough details on how to override the template files to create custom layouts.
