MemberHello @camomi,
Sorry for the trouble here! I actually visited the link you shared on both Chrome and Safari and it appears the issue is in both places.
I’ve seen this sort of thing pop up in the past and it’s typically due to a Javascript conflict with the theme or another plugin. Will you please try following the troubleshooting steps outlined here in this post and letting me know if it helps reveal any conflicts and, if so, where they are?
Let’s start there and see what we find. π
Thanks!

MemberHey Corey!
Sure, to clarify: I am unable to simply grant access to one product to another or move a license from product to product. I can, however, refund any purchases you have made so that you are able to purchase what you need.
The Community Manager Bundle is $299 for a single site license. you definitely would have saved money with the bundle, so it would be better to refund that purchase so you can snag the bundle, which also includes Filter Bar at a lower total cost.
Want me to go ahead and initiate that refund so you can grab the bundle instead? Please let me know and I’d be happy to. π
Thanks!

MemberHi Lera,
Yeah, checking our internal roadmap, I do not see that feature being actively worked on at the moment so I would say it is not expected in the near future. Still, it is being considered and your vote for the feature does help to make sure it stays on our radar.
We do have a list of freelancers available if you are interested in hiring someone to help with that level of customization. Thought I would toss that out there in case that’s something you would be interested in trying.
Did you have any other questions I can help answer? Please let me know and I’d be happy to help.
Cheers!

MemberHmm, I wonder if if the debug settings for the calendar are enabled. Will you please head to Events > Settings, scroll down to the Miscellaneous settings and make sure the Debug mode option (screenshot) is unselected. If it is selected, please go ahead and de-select it, save the settings, and re-check the page for those warning messages.
Thanks!

MemberHello @sportschoice and thanks for chiming in!
To get the sidebar on the calendar, you will need to either choose one of your theme templates in your Events > Settings > Display options, or use a template override to customize the default event template to add a sidebar manually.
I’m going to go ahead and close this thread since Stacie no longer needs assistance here, but please feel free to open up a new thread if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help as bet we can.

MemberAwesome, glad that changed the word!
Do you have WP Debug turned on? If so, you can disable that and the notices should go away.
Thanks,

MemberHey there, @dhlawrencexvii!
So sorry for the poor communication here on renewals.
I see you have licenses for both Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus. Events Calendar PRO expires next month and you just renewed Event Tickets Plus for another year.
You are welcome to renew one or both of them. Renewing a license gives you access to plugin updates and this support forum. The plugins will continue to function even with an expired license, but you you will be unable to update those plugins when new versions are available.
β get someone at the Tribe to credit my payment for Plus to Pro?
These are two different plugins with different features. Event Tickets Plus allows you to sell tickets for your events and Events Calendar PRO adds premium features to the calendar, like recurring events and additional views.Β Are you saying you would like to return the Event Tickets Plus license and purchase the Events Calendar PRO renewal instead? If so, let me know know and I’d be happy to refund that purchase.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi @eddeaux and welcome to the forums!
Good question. You could certainly use a template override and use that customize the layout of the calendar. In other words, you would create a folder calledΒ tribe-events in your theme directory and place the templates you want to override in there, placing the header image markup you need in there.
Does this make sense and will it work for you? Please let me know. π
Cheers!

MemberHey Corey and thanks for reaching out!
I’d be happy to help you with that. I do see two purchases on your account from yesterday. Would you like me to refund both of those so that you can pick up the bundle instead? Or would you like me to refund one and not the other? Let me know and I can do that for you. π
Cheers!
