Paying double?

    I got two emails today, one telling me I need to renew Event Tickets PLUS, and the other telling me I need to renew Event Tickets PRO.

    I think I might be caught in some sort of 4.0 upgrade purgatory.

    I’m assuming you don’t want me to pay for both – I paid for PLUS before I saw the reminder for PRO.

    Can I:

    – safely disable one of the two plugins I have running (The Events Calendar) and leave the other running (The Events Calendar Pro)

    and

    – get someone at the Tribe to credit my payment for Plus to Pro?

    Please advise if I don’t have this right. I also have the Woo Commerce Tickets plugin running. I’m assuming I still need that if I’m using Woo Commerce.

    So sorry for the poor communication here on renewals.

    I see you have licenses for both Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus. Events Calendar PRO expires next month and you just renewed Event Tickets Plus for another year.

    You are welcome to renew one or both of them. Renewing a license gives you access to plugin updates and this support forum. The plugins will continue to function even with an expired license, but you you will be unable to update those plugins when new versions are available.

    – get someone at the Tribe to credit my payment for Plus to Pro?

    These are two different plugins with different features. Event Tickets Plus allows you to sell tickets for your events and Events Calendar PRO adds premium features to the calendar, like recurring events and additional views. Are you saying you would like to return the Event Tickets Plus license and purchase the Events Calendar PRO renewal instead? If so, let me know know and I’d be happy to refund that purchase.
