    Hi,

    After purchasing Community Events, Community Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Events Calendar Pro, I just stumbled upon this Community Manager Bundle, which would have saved me a great deal of money (and also include the filter bar). Is there anyway I can have this deal applied to my account even though I have already made the purchase?

    I’d be happy to help you with that. I do see two purchases on your account from yesterday. Would you like me to refund both of those so that you can pick up the bundle instead? Or would you like me to refund one and not the other? Let me know and I can do that for you. 🙂

    Thanks for touching base! Can you clarify ‘refund one, but not the other’? Is it possible to grant me access to the filter bar, and then simply refund the difference between what I purchased, and what the bundle costs?

    Hey Corey!

    Sure, to clarify: I am unable to simply grant access to one product to another or move a license from product to product. I can, however, refund any purchases you have made so that you are able to purchase what you need.

    The Community Manager Bundle is $299 for a single site license. you definitely would have saved money with the bundle, so it would be better to refund that purchase so you can snag the bundle, which also includes Filter Bar at a lower total cost.

    Want me to go ahead and initiate that refund so you can grab the bundle instead? Please let me know and I’d be happy to. 🙂
