    Hi,

    We signed up for the non-profit program to get your wonderful plugin at no cost back in 2014. We were approved and have been using it along with the Eventbrite plugin. But, we never upgraded the plugin. We did today and now the Eventbrite Tickets plugin we have is not compatible and we don’t see any way to download it. Can you help?

    Hi Steve,

    I see your license for Eventbrite Tickets is active. Are you able to log into your account on this site, head to My Account > Downloads, and download the latest version from there? Let me know if the plugin isn’t listed for download there for some reason.

    Hello Steve,

    I see my last reply was marked as the correct answer. I hope you were able to access the latest download of Eventbrite Tickets from there, but please feel free to hit us with a new thread if you weren’t for some reason or if any other questions pop up–we’d be happy to help. 🙂
