MemberOh yeah, I can definitely see that being helpful and clearing things out quite a bit. Please add your vote because it does need more for sure.
Did you have any other follow-up questions about ticket duplication? Let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can.
Cheers and have a great weekend!

MemberHey Ben and welcome to the forums!
Good question though I’m afraid you are correct and not missing anything in the settings. There unfortunately is no way to create a single ticket in WooCommerce and associate it with multiple events. Instead, the process is to create a ticket in the post editor and that will create the association between the post, ticket and WooCommerce in one fell swoop.
We do actually have a feature request forum and it would be awesome if you submitted this idea there so it’s on the radar and others can vote for it as well. I wasn’t able to find an existing request that matched exactly what you are looking for, but this one was kind of close.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

MemberThanks so much for clarifying! This helps a lot.
I did a little bit of testing and, while Event Tickets Plus does create a unique ticket ID for each ticket purchased, those tickets are generated automatically and cannot be edited from there.
What you could do is manually place orders for tickets in WooCommerce. That will generate the ticket IDs which can then be shared with the other platform. From there, you can edit each order in WooCommerce with the name and contact information of the actual attendee and that will assign that person to the ticket ID that was created in Event Tickets Plus.
I’m not sure that quite meets your objectives, but I think it’s as close to it as Event Tickets Plus can get for the time being.
Does this make more sense? Let me know if you have any other follow-up questions and I’d be happy to help as best I can.

MemberHi Melissa and happy Friday!
Let’s try this:
- Log into this site and head to My Account > License Keys
- Locate the license key that is assigned to 162.144.177.77
- Click the “Disconnect Now” link next to the IP address (screenshot example)
- Log into WordPress for agavarestaurant.com
- Head to Events > Settings > Licenses
- Enter the license key for Events Calendar PRO
- Save the settings at the bottom of the screen
Does the license key validate at that point? Let me know if that does the trick. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberHi Boris,
I’m afraid that is how the event embed feature is designed to work — if an event is specified as private and to be hidden from the calendar, then it will be designated as such across the board to respect those settings.
I wish I had a workaround for you, but it would be great if you could share the idea over on our feature request forum. I’m interested to see if others would find this useful as well and have it on our radar as something to possibly look into building.
Sorry for the bad news, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberAwesome, nice work and thanks for sharing your solution! I’m so glad to hear (and see) that all is working well. 🙂
I appreciate the feedback as well and will definitely share it with the team.
Cheers and let us know if any other question pop up down the road — we’d be happy to help.

MemberHey there,
Sure thing! Try adding this to your theme style.css file or by using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
.tribe-mini-calendar-grid-wrapper { display: none; }That will hide the calendar above the list and give you something that looks like this screenshot.
Will this work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Ruslan and thanks for writing in!
I’m not entirely sure I follow the question but, if I understand correctly, Event Tickets Plus does indeed assign a unique ticket ID which is contained in a QR code in an electronic ticket that attendees can bring to be scanned at the door of an event.
The plugin also allows you to export and download a CSV list of all attendees for any given event, which also contains the ticket ID for each attendee in the report.
I think you might also be asking about the possibility of pre-assigning tickets to people. That is possible as well. For example, let’s say you are using WooCommerce as the e-commerce plugin that sells the tickets created in Event Tickets Plus. In that case, you could manually create an order for a ticket for someone and that order will automatically be attached to the event that the ticket is assigned to. That would create a pool of pre-assigned attendees that have a ticket for the event.
Sorry if I am completely off the mark, but does this help answer your question at all? Please let me know. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberHi Mandy,
Great question! We actually have a mini plugin you can install to create a redirect to a custom page once an event has been submitted to the Community Events form:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/redirect-to-different-url-after-event-submission/
Will that do the trick for you? Please let me know if it doesn’t for some reason and I’d be happy to keep looking into this with you. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Jeannette and happy Friday!
I really wish I had a workaround for this that I could recommend but there really is no solid or simple way to support tickets in recurring events at the moment. We’ve even found the building the integration is a lot tougher than we anticipated and–while we are indeed working on it–it’s a good example of how complicated the feature is.
The ideas you shared are definitely cool but I’m afraid that creating a redirect or getting tickets to integrate with a post duplication plugin would still require a hefty amount of custom development that would be beyond what we’re able to accomplish here in the forums.
Again, I really wish I had a solution for you here (I’m equally anticipating this feature!) but am sorry that I do not. I know it’s not ideal, but does this at least help answer your question?
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi Federico,
Great question! Event Tickets Plus does indeed allow you to create as many types of tickets as you would like per event. So, for example, you can could create the following tickets for an event:
- General Admission: $25
- VIP Admission: $50
…and both tickets will be listed on the event and can be purchased in a single transaction. The process for making tickets is actually pretty slick and you can see a complete overview of how it works here in this article:
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Trevor,
Give those licenses a try now. It looks like you had some charity licenses from before we made changes to the program and the ones under the old program expired. Everything should be good now, but please let me know if you’re still getting invalid licenses errors and I’d be happy to keep looking into it.
Thanks!
