MemberHi George
Unfortunately, I don’t have further solutions to offer. I will say that this issue is flagged as a high priority bug for us to resolve. The moment the release is available, you will be notified here for a solution.
Again, I’m sorry we can’t make this work somehow in the meantime.

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with WP Rocket. I do see that if I manually fix the link (by omitting the duplicate domain part of the url) using Chrome Dev tools, that the thumbnails display properly. Aside from checking in with WP Rocket’s support, there are a few options you can still try.
Can you see if there is a way to set up exemptions/exceptions for certain pages, such as /events?
You could also try to regenerate your thumbnails using https://wordpress.org/plugins-wp/regenerate-thumbnails/.
I wish I had a more definitive solution to offer you.
Keep me posted on how this works out.
Thanks,

MemberHi Deb
I’m sorry you aren’t seeing the map. Can we check a few basic things first?
- When you go to Events » Settings » General » Map Settings, is Google Maps enabled?
- When you edit an event, have you selected Show Google Map?
- Do you have your Google Maps API key in more than one location? As in, in your theme settings as well as in Events » Settings » API? Limit placing the key to just one of these locations to prevent conflicts.
Likely each of these is correct on your end, but I’d like to exhaust the basic options first.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi again Marin
Following up further on this. Would you be able to share your System Info as a PRIVATE reply? I’d like to see what plugins and settings are active on your website.
A few other questions:
- Are you using a multilingual site? How do you translate the content?
- What is the main language?
- Does Post Table Pro support that multilingual plugin you are using?
Hoping we can find a solution for you.
Thanks

MemberHi George
I checked with other team members that are more familiar with WPML. It looks like you’ve come across a bug that they’ve also had. I will flag this post so that you will be notified as soon as this is resolved.
Until then, it is recommended that you downgrade to Events Calendar 4.3.5 and the Events Calendar Pro 4.3.4 . You can find the download file for the earlier version at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/. Just change which version you’d like to get.
Let me know how you make out.

MemberHi Mark,
Modifying the sidebars can be done from Events » Settings » Display » Events template. However, this will also impact the Events calendar, as you discovered.
The only other way to modify this would be overriding your theme’s files. You might want to contact your theme developer’s support.
There is no file in the Community Events plugin that generates the Add Event Form page. As such, we don’t have a better way to override this. Your theme developer should be able to assist you with narrowing down how to remove the sidebar on just this page though.
I wish I had a better answer to offer. Do let me know how this goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi George
I will look into this issue further. However, since WPML is a 3rd party plugin, it may take me a little bit more time to respond with the correct answer.
I will keep you posted on what I find.

MemberHi Charlie
I found this: http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/. It is an event with a ticket that involves payment.
Does this help? Is there anything else I can do to assist you?
Thanks,

MemberHi Mark,
Can you do a Conflict Test by deactivating all other plugins to see if the issue persists? After that, does the issue persist when using a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen).
Finally, if neither of those work, could you try going to Events » Settings » Display. Try to adjust the Default stylesheet used for events templates and Events template.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂 -
