MemberHello Rawgleison
You have found one of our bugs. The good news is that the fix for this bug is due out with our next maintenance release. I will flag this post so that you know as soon as that release is available. I’d expect it within a day.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Jamie
Can you provide your System Info in a private reply? Also provide a link to an event that has this issue. I’d like to take a closer look.
Have you installed an e-commerce plugin like WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the payment processing?
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Byor
Can you send me a link to the exact page where the shortcode is embedded?
I went to your site and saw the main page title is Upcoming Events in my browser tab. Have you set the name of your site in Settings Β» General Β» Site Title? That should force your site name to display.
Hoping I can help you get this resolved soon.
Thanks,

MemberHi Matthew
You are safe to use the plugin on the single instance. However, your site will not receive auto-updates on multi-site. Unfortunately, that will be a manual process for you.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

MemberHi Gerri
To do that, I’d recommend using the Upcoming Events widget. It does mean you won’t see a mini-calendar. However, events will not be listed to just that month.
Let me know if that works for you.
We’d also love to have the request voted up at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5971386-have-calendar-widget-show-next-5-events-regardless for future consideration.

MemberHi Martha
Excel can read .csv file types. However, we only have the CSV importer and not a way to Export Events to a CSV.
You maybe to try something like this plugin to just export events, venues, and organizers:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/.To export additional fields, maybe try one of these:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-csv-exporter/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-csv/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Michael
Yes, it does sound like an issue with the server. I am unable to use the first link that you provided, as that would require a login. We do not log in to clients sites as a policy.
That said, I’d still recommend Testing for Conflicts to see what the source of the issue is.
I was able to get to http://www.manchesterbikeshow.com/events/, but the load time was really slow. The same thing happened when going to a single event: http://www.manchesterbikeshow.com/event/manchester-bike-show-25th-26th-march-2017/.
Keep me posted on what you find.

MemberHi Daniel
You should have received an email entitled: Your receipt for Events Calendar PRO (and other plugins!) by Modern Tribe
Can you verify that it didn’t get lost in spam folder, etc. It’ll also include your license keys.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Kim
I’m sorry that is happening. I tested it and found the same thing happening.
Can you start with a Test for Conflicts? Turn off all other plugins except ET+ and TEC. Then see if the same issue happens. If it still happens, then roll back to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen.
If after that you still have the same results, we’ve got a few more things we can test.
Keep me posted on your findings.
Thanks,

MemberHi Mitchell
I am not aware of such integrations. However, you can use RSS to easily pull information from your website to other sites. See our guide on using The Events Calendar RSS at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

MemberHi Daniella
I’d still agree hiring a developer for this would likely be your best bet.
If you point your developer to Themer’s Guide, they can find a way to modify the code in a way that will not be impacted by plugin updates. Basically, you’d copy the essential files from our plugin into your theme/child theme. This will keep the plugins working, and avoid update conflicts.
Is there anything else you need help with?

MemberThanks Virginia
It looks like you’ve come across one of our bugs. I’m sorry about that. I will tag this post so that you will be notified as soon as a solution is released.
In the meantime, there is a little good news. You can see all the events within that category in a different view other than month. I can see your Easter events at https://bbc.org.au/events/category/easter/list/. Notice that this is in List view.
I know that isn’t ideal, but it is an option if you are using a link to category listings that will show results for now.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberThat’s great Marin! π
Does that mean now that the Post Table Pro plugin is getting the translated event titles properly?
The location does not link as desired?
Do you use Google Drive? I can send an address to share it with.
Hopefully most of these issues are fixed!
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Andy
I’d like to try getting some clarity. Why is the /events-old not a great solution now for you? Why do we need to use a shortcode for the /events page? I’m sure you’ve got a good reason in mind. I’d just like to understand that a little bit better.
Often when we see a shortcode in place of the generated /events page, it is so that additional shortcodes can be used on the same page.
I do see an error on /events. TypeError: Cannot set property ‘w’ of undefined. Likely this is due to a theme or plugin conflict, including customizations. You can learn more about how to spot these errors at https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis.
I’d suggest doing a Test for Conflicts again to see where the error message originates. Then see if we are having the same issues styling the /events page.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
