ParticipantHi,
First… I’m really content with your plugin, but I have a question. And yes, this question is asked alot before. But I can’t figure out which one to use… I like te remove the location link on the single event page, but keep the location name.
Can you please advice.
Sincerely,
Marin
PS Site isn’t live yet.

MemberHi Marin,
Which view are you using for your /events page? List/Photo/Month/etc? That will help me determine where to override the code best.
Thanks,

MemberHi Marin
I would override: /the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/meta/venue.php using the steps outlined in the Themer’s Guide and then swap the following line:
<dd class="tribe-venue"> <?php echo tribe_get_venue() ?> </dd>With this:
<dd class="tribe-venue"> <?php echo get_the_title( tribe_get_venue_id() ) ?> </dd>And that should do it! Did that do what you wanted?
Thanks,

MemberHi again Marin
Following up further on this. Would you be able to share your System Info as a PRIVATE reply? I’d like to see what plugins and settings are active on your website.
A few other questions:
- Are you using a multilingual site? How do you translate the content?
- What is the main language?
- Does Post Table Pro support that multilingual plugin you are using?
Hoping we can find a solution for you.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂March 21, 2017 at 12:34 pm #1257521Marin

MemberThat’s great Marin! 🙂
Does that mean now that the Post Table Pro plugin is getting the translated event titles properly?
The location does not link as desired?
Do you use Google Drive? I can send an address to share it with.
Hopefully most of these issues are fixed!
Thanks,
