I’ve noticed that the Google map is no longer showing for my events.
I have everything set up as per the knowledge base articles here, and I’ve added an API key. But alas, no maps.
I’m sorry you aren’t seeing the map. Can we check a few basic things first?
When you go to Events » Settings » General » Map Settings, is Google Maps enabled?
When you edit an event, have you selected Show Google Map?
Do you have your Google Maps API key in more than one location? As in, in your theme settings as well as in Events » Settings » API? Limit placing the key to just one of these locations to prevent conflicts.
Likely each of these is correct on your end, but I’d like to exhaust the basic options first.
