On my home page at EnClave.LA I have the following short code:
[tribe_events view=”photo” tribe-bar=”false” featured=true]It is still showing all events instead of just featured events.
March 9, 2017 at 6:03 am #1251687CourtneyMemberHi Tom
I’d like to help you get this resolved. Let’s start by checking a few of the more common errors. Can you confirm that your quotes aren’t being changed by WordPress? See the section labeled “Limitations of the [tribe_events] Shortcode”.
Next, can you confirm that an event is checked to be featured? While editing an event, on the right side of your screen you should see “Event Options”. Within that, is “Featured Event” checked on?
If both of these are correct, then we’ve got other things to sort out. I hope it’s a quick fix.
Thanks,

Yes I saw that already in the documentation and made sure it’s using the right quotes and yes, you can tell it’s showing both featured and unfeatured events together (featured events show up as blue).
March 13, 2017 at 9:07 am #1253334CourtneyMemberHi Tom,
I noticed that your website is running Events Calendar Pro 4.3.4. Could you check your upgrades at Dashboard ยป Updates? From there, you should receive a notice to update the plugin to Events Calendar Pro 4.4.4.
Let’s see if that might be the problem.
Thanks,
CourtneyMarch 13, 2017 at 1:11 pm #1253476TomParticipantThat is not correct. I am running 4.4.4…here’s a snippet of system info which you should already be able to see as I have it set to be shared automatically with Modern Tribe support:

March 14, 2017 at 6:31 am #1253758CourtneyMemberI’m sorry to hear that the update isn’t showing.
When you are not seeing the update notice, deactivating the plugin usually works (as long as your license is still valid).
If that doesn’t show the update, then it is sometimes necessary to completely delete the plugin and reinstall it from scratch (which causes no loss of data by the way).
Is there anything else I can help you with ?
Thanks,
CourtneyMarch 15, 2017 at 1:58 am #1254288TomParticipantUpgrading to 4.4.4 worked! Thanks, Courtney! ๐
