GuestHi,
I have looked all through your Showcase websites.
None of them show the Calendar Pro and Event Ticket Plus systems working together.I am very keen to try both of these out before we purchase.
Could you please allow me a trial or show me a demo website of anyone who is using both of these plugins and how the collaborate with each other.I look forward to your response!
Kind Regards, Charlie

MemberHi Charlie
I found this: http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/. It is an event with a ticket that involves payment.
Does this help? Is there anything else I can do to assist you?
Thanks,

GuestHi Courtney,
Yes, I have see that demo.
I was hoping for something a little more detailed.I was wondering if the calendar on the right of the Cart screen showed more information about the event that the user has booked.
i.e. the date, time slot, event name etc.

ParticipantHey Charlie,
Thanks for reaching out.
The demo Courtney shared is indeed one of our best ones.
The only official demos or trials we offer other than that site are the options listed on this page here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-have-a-demo-examples-i-can-see-or-trial-licenses/
↑ Check out this page and let us know if you have any further questions we can try to help with! 😀

ParticipantAh, one last thing Charlie. You ask this specifically:
I was wondering if the calendar on the right of the Cart screen showed more information about the event that the user has booked.
↑ This is unfortunately not the case, and is not possible with our plugins at this time. The little calendar you see in the sidebar in that screenshot you shared is just a general calendar of events — it’s one of the widget Shortcodes that comes with Events Calendar Pro.
You can read more about those shortcodes here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

GuestHi George,
Thank you for the reply.
I have some more additional points raised below:1. It may be an idea, that upon your Showcase to feature some sites which do use both Events Calendar Pro and the Event Ticket Plus, after going through them all yesterday, the closest I could find was Events Calendar Pro and Eventbrite Tickets working together.
2. The demo provided by Courtney I have seen and looked at a few times now, trying to see how it fits in with Events Calendar Pro. Would the operation be as follows:
a. Setup the event on ECP
b. User clicks on the event (wants to come to the event)
c. Gets taken to the tickets page to purchase tickets from the calendar page
d. User selects the tickets they want and quantity
e. User can confirm the event, date, the time selected, as well as the tickets purchased for the event
f. Host gets notification of someone booking
g. User gets confirmation emailHave I got this sort-of right, on how the 2 plugins collaborate with each other?
3. Is it possible for additional questions to be asked as user purchases the ticket?
I am looking for this plugin as part of a Santa Experience, where I need to know:
a. What presents the children have asked for?
b. How old are they? etc.4. Can I add additional purchase options to the sale?
For example, I buy 2 x Adult Tickets, and 2 x Child Tickets, but I could get the option of buying extra items such as:
a. Reindeer food
b. Photograph
c. Sleigh ride experience5. As you have stated on the Cart screen that the widget on the right, is just the general shortcode calendar view.
Is there an option for users to review all the information they have opted for?
a. Event selected, date and time
b. The number of tickets
c. Their address and booking information is correctI look forward to your reply and hopefully knowing the answers above, I will be happy to take on the purchase / 30-day review of the system.
Again, thank you for all the help and support received so far!
Thanks, Charlie

ParticipantHi Charlie,
You’ve provided good feedback here about our Showcase that I will take note of and share with our website team.
As for the ticket-buying process, yes, you basically described it right!
Next, you ask these questions:
3. Is it possible for additional questions to be asked as user purchases the ticket?
I am looking for this plugin as part of a Santa Experience, where I need to know:
a. What presents the children have asked for?
b. How old are they? etc.YES — Event Tickets Plus has a feature called “Attendee Information” which should provide this for you. Read more about that function here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
Next you ask this:
4. Can I add additional purchase options to the sale?
For example, I buy 2 x Adult Tickets, and 2 x Child Tickets, but I could get the option of buying extra items such as:
a. Reindeer food
b. Photograph
c. Sleigh ride experienceNO — Our plugins unfortunately do not provide this functionality. 🙁
5. As you have stated on the Cart screen that the widget on the right, is just the general shortcode calendar view.
Is there an option for users to review all the information they have opted for?
a. Event selected, date and time
b. The number of tickets
c. Their address and booking information is correctSORT OF — Users will see their ticket details in the checkout page before clicking a “confirm” or “complete” button that finishes the order; but it’s not quite as thorough as you mention. For example, their address and number of tickets and such will show — but only the Event Title (not the date, time, etc) will show.
I hope this information is helpful! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Cheers,

GuestHi George,
That’s a huge shame.
Without Points 4 or 5 I’m afraid that this plugin cannot do what I need it to do.
Thank you and your team for all the support a help.I wish you all the very best!
