MemberHi Eric
I’m sorry you are having such difficulties. You are in fact fine to use Events Calendar Pro on just one site within a multisite. Unfortunately, this means that updates will be manual. If a new update is released, you’ll have to manually download the plugin, network activate it, and activate it within the main site.
Can you show me a screenshot of the recurring schedule issue that you are having? I can’t seem to replicate that glitch myself.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Colleen
Unfortunately, I don’t see the screenshot π Can you try resending that?
Before we go much further, the first thing to do is Testing for Conflicts. When you disable all other plugins, does the same thing happen? If not, reenable one at a time until you determine the source of the conflict.
If that doesn’t work, swap out your theme to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen.
Please let me know what you find.
Thanks,

MemberHello Bahman
I’m sorry you are having that problem. I’d like to help as much as possible to get this resolved.
Can you start by doing a Test for Conflicts? Deactivate all other plugins. Does the same thing happen? Enable each one at a time to determine which might be the source of conflict.
If that doesn’t work, switch themes. Does that fix it?
Can you also confirm for your Google Map that you’ve included an API key at Events Β» Settings Β» API?
Finally, the really basic thing – are you sure the text isn’t displaying to match the background color?
If you have an easy way that I could view a live event without being a user, I’d love to take a closer look.
Thanks,

MemberHello
I ran into the same issue when importing .csv files. WordPress itself has a bug in this case. The workaround for now is to install the Disable Real MIME Check plugin just long enough to import the file. Disable the plugin as soon as you are finished though, for security purposes.
Let me know if this works for you. I’ll also remind the team here that this bug wasn’t resolved with the last update of WordPress.
Thanks,

MemberHello Tumikia
We just released updates last week for Events Calendar (4.4.5) and Community Events (4.4.3). Our release notes can be found at https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-4-5-event-tickets-4-4-5-premium-add-ons/.
You can update all plugins at this time. The version numbers with Community Events are not in synch with The Events Calendar.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?
Thanks,

MemberHello Rand
I’m sorry you are having this problem. This might be a simple fix that also helps fix the width of the little calendar icon under the date. Could you try this code instead?
.tribe-mini-calendar-event .list-date {background: blue;}
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney

MemberI’m moving this thread to Events Calendar Pro forums. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/

MemberHello Lars
The Events Calendar, Events PRO, and all the add-ons just use whatever date settings are set in your WordPress installation itself β so if in Settings Β» General in your WordPress admin, you set the date and time options to use a 24-hour clock, then The Events Calendar, PRO, and the add-ons should all respect that without issue.
Are you still having an issue after verifying those settings?
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney

Are you able to delete one of the items in the cart? If not, I’ll be sure to pass this along immediately to our payment processing staff.

MemberHi Rebekah
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! :slightly_smiling_face:
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello
Thanks for reaching out to us and Iβm really sorry you are having this issue. ?
Unfortunately, this is a known issue so I linked this thread to the bug report so the team will let you know when the bug fix is released in a future version.
The issue seems to be only when Event Update Authority is set to βImport events but preserve local changes to event fields.β I know itβs not ideal, but in the meantime if setting another option works for you I would encourage to do so.
You can get to that setting in Events > Settings > Imports tab under the Event Update Authority and you should select one of the other options to prevent the issue.
Let me know if any other questions.
Courtney
MemberHello
I wish that were fixed too. I was able to duplicate the process myself. I will submit this as a feature request for future updates.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a better solution at this time. However, you will be notified if this issue can be resolved with an update in the future.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney

MemberHi Jeremy
Unfortunately, the map plugin that you are referencing is beyond our Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. This is due to that it is a 3rd party plugin, and not one we create or support.
I’d suggest reaching out to the plugin developer for help with this issue.
I hope they can help you get this resolved.
Thanks,
Courtney -
