    Hi, my license is up for renewal. I clicked on the link provided in the email I received, but when I went to my CART it is showing (2) items. The first is for a personal license and the second is for my current license. Why are there (2) items in my CART?

    Are you able to delete one of the items in the cart? If not, I’ll be sure to pass this along immediately to our payment processing staff.

    Yes, I’m able to delete one, but I wanted to know if I was required to buy both. So I’ll take that as a no to both.

    Correct Dave. You should only need to renew one license.
