We end up with many duplicate organizers and venues. If the create new option has to stay in the dropdown can you make it appear below the first search result so that the default is to use the existing name.
I believe people just press ENTER when they see the full name appear not realizing they’re creating a duplicate.
If you have another solution to avoid this issue please let me know.
