map_routes Table Missing

I am a new user –

When adding or editing maps I see the following error:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘xxx.yyy_map_routes’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM yyy_map_routes ORDER BY route_id ASC

Where does this error message display? Where are you editing at the time that this happens?

I do see some Javascript errors appearing on your page. See Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.

Have you checked your Google Maps API setting? Go to Events » Settings » API. Also, I’ve heard that including the same API key in our plugin as well as within your theme (if your theme asks for that) can create a conflict.

This happens every time I try to add a new map or edit an existing map

At the top of the screen in red I see :

WordPress database error: [Table ‘xxx.xx0_map_routes’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM xx0_map_routes ORDER BY route_id ASC

(note Xs are used to mask actual prefixes)

I’m sorry Jeremy, I still don’t follow. Can you send a screenshot of “adding a map”?

Our plugin doesn’t require users to do much to add a map other than to add the address of a venue, and select the show Google map link.

Did you get the API issue resolved? That can impact loading the maps as well.

Unfortunately, the map plugin that you are referencing is beyond our Scope of Support / Terms. This is due to that it is a 3rd party plugin, and not one we create or support.

I’d suggest reaching out to the plugin developer for help with this issue.
