MemberHi Jennifer
Unfortunately, Filter Bar cannot be displayed via the shortcode. If you want to use Filter Bar, you’ll need to do so on your default events page.
If you’d like us to consider making Filter Bar compatible with the shortcode calendar in the future, please head over to our UserVoice page and start a new feature request. That way other people can vote for it as well.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberAbsolutely. I’m glad that worked for you Martin.

MemberThanks for checking in Belinda.
Currently most of our staff is on the annual company retreat. I don’t have a way to check in with our developers on this timeframe.
In the meantime, I’d suggest switching your default /events view to List or another setting.
We do still have this thread marked to notify you as soon as the resolution is available.
Thanks,

MemberHi Roderich
I just tested this out using WooCommerce as the ecommerce plugin. The error message I received when attempting to schedule a recurring event with a ticket is:
Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
I would feel safe to say that if a user buys the ticket once, they won’t try to buy it again. You could certainly add some additional text in the post of the body explaining to only purchase once. But as it stands, the same ticket would appear across all events in the recurring series. This should meet your needs it sounds like.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Carlos
That customization is beyond the scope of our services. You could Find A Customizer to extend the functionality of our plugin for you.
Another option might be to use another form plugin on the same page that enables PDF uploading. It’d still involve matching up submitted events, etc. manually, but could be an alternative option.
I’m curious to hear what you decide.
Thanks,

MemberHello
The easiest way to do that would be to add this CSS to your site:
.tribe-bar-date-filter {display: none !important;}
I like to place this in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS, though you can place it in your child theme or elsewhere.
Let me know if this works for you.

MemberHello Jacquie
The best way to get help for your theme will be to reach out to your theme’s support. Unfortunately, that is beyond our Scope of Support / Terms.
To fix the width of your featured image events, add this CSS code. I like to put it in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS, but if your theme supports adding CSS, add it there if you like.
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image+div.tribe-events-content
{width: 100% !important;}
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image
{width: 100% !important;}
Normally this does not happen. I suspect it might be a theme issue, but the code should override the conflict.
Let me know if it works for you.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Christopher
That is odd. Could you try Testing for Conflicts by disabling all other plugins. If that doesn’t work, roll back to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen.
Does the issue persist after doing both of these things?
I’m hoping I can help you get this fixed quickly.

MemberHello Di
Can you check your settings at Events » Tickets » Post types that can have tickets? There should be a setting to enable it on any post type that you want.
Let me know if that solves this issue.

MemberHi James
If you install both the free version of The Events Calendar and the free version of Event Tickets, you can have that functionality. You’d go to Events » Settings » Tickets » Require users to log in before they RSVP.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Pim
To remove the border around the RSVP section, add this CSS code to your site. You can place it in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
.tribe-tickets-rsvp table, .tribe-tickets-rsvp td, .tribe-tickets-rsvp th {border: none !important;}
The simplest way to change the RSVP text would be to override the language files.
You can read all about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/You might need to update you .po file using the pot file found in each plugin’s /lang/ folder before you do that.
As an alternative, you can also use the following snippet and paste it in your theme’s functions.php: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
And for the padding issue, I am not seeing that on my computer. What is your screen resolution and browser? I am testing on Chrome on Mac.

Let me know if these solutions help.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jennifer,
I visited your site and did see the filter bar:

If you want to adjust any of the settings for this, go to Events » Settings » Filters.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

MemberHi Patrick
The sidebar that you see is controlled by your theme, and not by our plugin. We love working with theme’s that spuport our plugin, but that also means sometimes we aren’t the best source of help.
Your best way to get that resolved is to reach out to your theme’s support.
If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us again.
Do let me know what your theme developer says.

MemberHello Tatsunori
Could you create a new Event page and switch to the “Text” tab to add your HTML?
I’m not sure if that will meet your needs. What additional functionality are you adding with HTML?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Arif
At this time, our plugin only works with WordPress websites. We will keep you posted if that changes.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂 -
