Custom Ticket Fields

Hi Team,

From Event > Ticket Fieldsets, I went “Add New” successfully but when trying to add new field (using the + next to each option across text/radio/etc), nothing happens.

I see what’s supposed to happen per the how-to knowledge base article but I’m getting no response from the system, both FF and IE browsers, all other functionality seemingly working as it should.

Thoughts?

Stuff installed:
WordPress 4.6.3
Event Tickets 4.4.5
Event Tickets Plus 4.4.4
Event Calendar 4.4.5
Event Calendar PRO 4.4.5
(prob not relevant but just in case…)
WooCommerce 2.6.14
WooCommercen PayPal Payments Advanced Gateway 1.23

Hi Christopher

That is odd. Could you try Testing for Conflicts by disabling all other plugins. If that doesn’t work, roll back to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen.

Does the issue persist after doing both of these things?

I’m hoping I can help you get this fixed quickly.
