MemberHi Kirk
I’m sorry that is happening. I looked at your profile here and don’t see a record of your purchase for that particular plugin. Weโd be happy to help sort that out for you.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com. Include your order number, a copy of your confirmation email, or the payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and transaction ID?
Thanks!

MemberHi Casper
That view often occurs depending upon what other plugins you have installed. Some add extra columns here.
We have a plugin that should clean that up for you: Advanced Post Manager. It’s free ๐
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Gary
The Add To Cart button is actually part of the WooCommerce plugin. They have a guide on how to modify that text at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/change-add-to-cart-button-text/.
You can modify font sizes by adding the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-style-full .tribe-tickets-remaining {font-size:24px;}
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-meta {font-size:24px;}
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Jeremy
For the RSVP functionality, you can actually get that for free and give it a try. Event Tickets can handle RSVP functionality.
However, to accept payments or request additional fields (covered dish), you’d need Event Tickets Plus.
If you just need to know the additional info, but not gather payments, you could ask people that have RSVP’d to complete a form, or email them requesting the additional information.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Michael
I’m sorry that your theme seems to be the source of conflict. Can you reach out to their support and let us know what they say?
Thanks

MemberHi Beth
Links to download the plugin were in your initial email after purchase. You can also download the plugin from My Account ยป Downloads. You will still need to keep the free version of The Events
Calendar installed and activated. After uploading it and activating it, go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to add your license.
Thanks

MemberHi Michele
You can find the authority settings at Events ยป Settings ยป Imports ยป Event Update Authority. This is part of the Event Aggregator.
Thanks

MemberHi Dave
Can you check your settings at Events ยป Settings ยป Imports ยป Event Update Authority ยป Import events but preserve local changes to event fields (select this one).
That might be the issue here.
Then we can finally resolve the original CSS issues.
Thanks

MemberHi Clive
With the license not activating, often our updates aren’t available unless the user downloads the new version manually and uploads it again. ๐ I really hope to see this all resolved soon, and it is a known bug. But I don’t have a definitive answer on “when” yet.
Events Calendar Pro is at 4.4.6. https://theeventscalendar.com/release-schedule/. It looks like you’re due for an update on this.
Head to My Account ยป Downloads to get that. You can safely deactivate and delete your outdated version of Events Calendar Pro. The data will be there when you upload and activate the more current version.
Thanks

MemberHi Cheryl
That does seem to be very odd.
Can you run through the Testing for Conflicts guide. Let me know if disabling all other plugins and using a default theme have the same lag time.
I hope this is a quick issue for us to solve.
Thanks

MemberHi Alden
It does sound like a good time to upgrade to Event Tickets Plus. Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.

MemberHi Robert
To make our support more useful, could you provide your System Info as a private reply?
Also, have you tried Testing for Conflicts but disabling all other plugins and using a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Seventeen, to see if this happens still?
I definitely want to know what you find out.
Thanks
