MemberHello Callum
That code would go in your child theme’s custom functions.php file. If you aren’t comfortable working with that, I’d suggest using the plugin My Custom Functions.
Let me know if it works out for you!
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Andre
That is frustrating! This is definitely not the normal result.
I’d like to double check, have you gone through the Testing for Conflicts guide? Specifically, have you deactivated other plugins and tested using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen?
I hope we can get this sorted out soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Kyle
I’m sorry that our multisite process is so complicated when using a single-site license. I’d love to see this cleaned up. You are permitted to use the plugin on as many sites as your license covers without needing the mutlisite license until you have more than 10 sites with it.
You are covered for support despite the error message, but unfortunately at this time all plugin updates will have to be done manually.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi RamΓ³n
I did a bit more digging on this issue. It looks like that area is a function controlled by your theme https://themeforest.net/item/eventica-event-calendar-ecommerce-for-wordpress/10102155?ref=tokopress.
Can you reach out to them for support on this? It isn’t an area that we control code on.
Thanks

MemberHi RamΓ³n
Can you share your System Info with me? You can leave that as a private response here.
Also, can you go through the Testing for Conflicts guide and let me know if any plugins or your theme seem to be creating the conflict?
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Dave
I’m still seeing the same thing π I’ve cleared my local cache. Is your site by chance running caching on your server or using a CDN?
Does the saving issue happen if you deactivate all other plugins and roll back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen? (see Testing for Conflicts).
I’m really hoping we can clear this up for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Christine
Unfortunately I don’t have a solution to offer you. Is your workaround meeting your needs?
Thanks

MemberHi John
You can use Event Tickets Plus in conjunction with Events Calendar Pro. It is specifically the Event Tickets Plus that will turn on those additional fields. The settings for Event Tickets Plus allow you to specify what types of places you want tickets to appear on – posts, pages, or events.
You do not need to alter the source code at all for the additional fields to display.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Thomas
Unfortunately, this is not a built in functionality of our plugins, but I did found there was something like this suggested in our user voice here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17558332-add-the-option-to-allow-the-user-to-download-the-e
If thatβs something you will also like as a feature in our plugins I encourage to vote for it so the team will take it into account for a future development.
I hope this helps and let me know if there are any other questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Damien
You can use Event Tickets Plus with one of these ecommerce plugins: WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP eCommerce, or Shopp. When a user views a single event, they can walk through the purchase process from there.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
