MemberHi Dave
I’m sorry that is happening. I think I can get this resolved quickly. However, when I visit your site, the only Details info that I can see is the date & time. Are the other fields blank at this time?
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Jonah
I’m sorry that is happening to you. Let’s see if we can get that resolved.
It looks like you may not have actually downloaded Events Calendar Pro for your site. This is a 2nd plugin, and requires the free version of The Events Calendar remain installed and active on your site. You can get this by going to My Account Β» Downloads on our site.
Install and active this plugin by uploading the file.
To add the license, go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses.
The confusion here is that our additional service of importing events, known as Event Aggregator, displays another field in the free version where you can add a license. Sorry about that!
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Marsha
To hide the instructional info, can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
.tribe-events-meta-group-other dt {display:none !important}
Changing the text from Other is a little bit more involved. You’ll want to start out in the Themer’s Guide. You’ll be overriding this file:
/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/modules/meta/additional-fields.php
On line 18 Change ‘Other’ to the phrase you’d like.
Do make sure before you modify this that you have duplicated the necessary files into your theme. This will prevent plugin update conflicts.
Let me know if this works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Tony
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker!
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Vanina
Often this happens when a variety of plugins add their own columns to the view. Our plugin, Advanced Posts Manager, can clean this up for you. It’s free.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi RamΓ³n
Can you give me a link to the page containing the shortcode specifically? I’d be happy to take a look at the CSS code for the shortcode.
Thanks

MemberHi John
I checked on your site’s rss feed with Feed Validator. It looks like your whole site is having RSS issues.
I’d like to double check, have you gone through all the Testing for Conflicts? Especially worth trying is to disable the Jetpack plugin and see if the rss feed validates at Feed Validator. I’ve seen Jetpack be the source of similar conflicts. If it isn’t that, have you disabled all other plugins and reverted to using a default theme?
I hope we can get this cleared up soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Damien
You can use just Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus without using The Events Calendar (or Pro). The free plugins are required to run the paid plugins, but tickets can run separately from the calendar if you want.
The front end can be a different language. The translations of our plugins is a community project with more details at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com. We are limited in what languages we can support translating on our end, but several languages have a good deal of community contributions to make it 100% ready. It is worth noting that our most current versions of our plugins are not 100% compatible with WPML, but we hope to resolve that in the future.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Jasper
With Event Tickets Plus, you can toggle displaying attendees in the event settings.
.This would not require a login.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
