Events Calendar Pro and Tickets Plus

Hi,

In order to sell tickets via the site with Events Calendar Pro one also needs Ticket Plus?

If yes is there a buy now button the event page? Like this example of your site http://wpshindig.com/event/creative-code-coffee-morning-hack/2017-04-25/

Can the front end completely be in a different language?

Hi Damien

You can use just Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus without using The Events Calendar (or Pro). The free plugins are required to run the paid plugins, but tickets can run separately from the calendar if you want.

The front end can be a different language. The translations of our plugins is a community project with more details at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com. We are limited in what languages we can support translating on our end, but several languages have a good deal of community contributions to make it 100% ready. It is worth noting that our most current versions of our plugins are not 100% compatible with WPML, but we hope to resolve that in the future.

Hi Courtney,

It looks like the calendar has a better UI than Events.

I like the photo layout of the calendar but you cant take payment alone with this plugin even on the Pro.

Can I use calendar and events together with a book/pay now in the event of the calendar?

Hi Damien

You can use Event Tickets Plus with one of these ecommerce plugins: WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP eCommerce, or Shopp. When a user views a single event, they can walk through the purchase process from there.
