Pro License Key Not Working

    I just purchased the Events Calendar Pro license. When I input the copied license key, I get the attached error message. Please advise.

    Hi Jonah

    I’m sorry that is happening to you. Let’s see if we can get that resolved.

    It looks like you may not have actually downloaded Events Calendar Pro for your site. This is a 2nd plugin, and requires the free version of The Events Calendar remain installed and active on your site. You can get this by going to My Account » Downloads on our site.

    Install and active this plugin by uploading the file.

    To add the license, go to Events » Settings » Licenses.

    The confusion here is that our additional service of importing events, known as Event Aggregator, displays another field in the free version where you can add a license. Sorry about that!
