    I am looking to upgrade to Event Tickets Plus but want to know more about the Customizable Registration Fields feature. Can you share some screenshots of what this feature looks like on both the admin back-end and user front-end? Thank you very much.

    Hi John

    It’d be good to review PRO Additional Fields.

    To see additional fields in Event Tickets Plus (Woo or RSVP):

    From the front end:

    Custom fields back end:

    To get those to display on the front of your site, you’d need to work with your theme developer on how to display custom fields. Our Themer’s Guide might be useful for reference on this.

    That is correct John. You could develop this out further to display the custom fields if you’d like. But these will not display automatically on the front end for users to see otherwise.

    Just one more question. So, one can add additional fields in both the Events Calendar Pro and the Event Ticket Plus products? If I were to do this using Events Calendar Pro, as outlined here – https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/, do I need to alter the source code in any way to make it display for the user on the website?

    Hi John

    You can use Event Tickets Plus in conjunction with Events Calendar Pro. It is specifically the Event Tickets Plus that will turn on those additional fields. The settings for Event Tickets Plus allow you to specify what types of places you want tickets to appear on – posts, pages, or events.

    You do not need to alter the source code at all for the additional fields to display.
