ParticipantAfter installing the latest update for Calendar Pro and Events Pro all of the dates for my currents events changed to January 1, 1970. I have changed them to the correct date but they keep reverting back to the incorrect date.
Because the date it reverts to is in the past “no current events” is showing on the calendar. I need to get this fixed ASAP. My client is very pissed!
I want to stress that everything was working perfectly until I installed the most recent update. I have no theme or plugin conflicts.

MemberHi Michele
We’ve seen this bug pop up this week. Sorry that your site is having the issue as well.
I am flagging this post to notify you as soon as a solution is available. Currently most of our staff is at the annual company retreat, and should be back soon to notify regarding this bug.
Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂April 4, 2017 at 11:48 am #1264324Michele Holley
ParticipantI am still having issues and I need to get this resolved! My client is unable to sell tickets for an event that is coming up and they are not happy! I don’t want to lose a client over this issue!

MemberHi Michele
The only solution that I can offer in the meantime is to ask if you can share the theme with us by posting a download link in a private reply.
Is that possible?
Thanks,

ParticipantI have no idea what you mean by “share the theme” with download link. I am using beaver builder child theme. Is no one else having this issue?
Earlier you said it was a bug that popped up. I dont understand why it is taking so long to fix.

MemberHi Michele
I’d really like this bug to be resolved immediately as well. Until then, our developers recommend downgrading OR using different update authority settings.
When you go to My Account » Downloads, are you able to download the previous version?
Thanks,

ParticipantYes I was able to roll back to a previous version which is a temp fix. I have several sites that I use these plugins on and I am afraid to update any of them for fear that same thing will happen.
Also I have no idea what you mean by “authority settings”. I am not finding that in any of the calendar settings!

MemberHi Michele
You can find the authority settings at Events » Settings » Imports » Event Update Authority. This is part of the Event Aggregator.
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
