MemberSorry about that last response Jeremy. My mistake
So the additional fields functionality only comes with the Event Tickets Plus plugin. You do not need to active an ecommerce plugin for the additional fields option to display.
Thanks

MemberHi Christine
Sorry about that. It looks like your permalinks might be the issue here. You can learn more about them and how to fix it at
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/.I hope this resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberAh, now I can see what you mean Dave ๐
Can you test how your page looks when you change these settings: Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป Default stylesheet used for events templates & Events template.
I’m not sure if these will resolve the issue, but am hoping it does.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
Does this happen when you change to a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen? See our Testing for Conflicts guide.
Also, can you test how your page looks when you change these settings: Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป Default stylesheet used for events templates & Events template.
Let me know if either of those fix the issue.
Thanks
