MemberHi Cath
I’m sorry that is happening. It sounds like it could be something related to your WordPress configuration.
It’d really help us to have your System Info. Can you send that as a private reply.
Also, does the same thing happen if you run through the Testing for Conflicts guide to disable other plugins and revert to a default theme?
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
I just conducted a similar test on our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/events/.
I searched for the zip code “21224” which is Baltimore, MD, USA in the Near/Location search box. It showed results within the nearby region.
I am unable to see upcoming events on your site to conduct a similar test. Do you have any events coming up that you can show?
Thanks

MemberHi Mike
It doesn’t look like we have a bundle for those 2 plugins at this time. You can check out our bundles at https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Elizabeth
I’d love to help you sort this out.
Can you send a private reply with your System Info and a link to your website, particuarly the page this is happening on?
Also, check out our Testing for Conflicts guide. Please let me know if this still happens with all other plugins disabled and using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen.
Thanks,

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker!
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Tanner
At the very least, you will be able to Transfer Your License Key to the live site.
If your staging site fits the criteria, you may not need to even transfer the license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

And we really appreciate all that you did to test for conflicts too!

MemberHi Dave
One tab over to “Display” should look like this:

This determines how our plugins interact with your theme. You might want to check both:
- Default stylesheet used for events templates
- Events template
Let me know if the fixes up any of that spacing. I really hope it does, as this seems to be an issue with the theme.
Thanks
