    Hi We are having trouble with user passwords not working when they come to login in to create an event. When using the password rest it does not allow a new password to be reset even when the rule or 12 characters, including upper and lower case letters and symbols is followed the weak password warning is displayed and it will not approve any new password. We do not need this level of security. How do we fix this please?

    I’m sorry that is happening. It sounds like it could be something related to your WordPress configuration.

    It’d really help us to have your System Info. Can you send that as a private reply.

    Also, does the same thing happen if you run through the Testing for Conflicts guide to disable other plugins and revert to a default theme?
