MemberHello Paul
I’m sorry that is happening. That does seem odd.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Can you also confirm that you do have events assigned to categories? Events » Event Categories
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Ron
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Eva
I reviewed your System Info and it looks like you have an older version of The Events Calendar. This is the plugin that contains the code needed to run Event Aggregator. I would suggest running updates for that as well. We just pushed out an update for EA since your ticket came in.
I am glad that you have it working now. Do let us know if you need any further help.
Thanks

MemberHello Licia
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. I believe the one that you want in Calendar View would be:
[tribe_events view="photo"]
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Martin
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. Take a look through those and let me know if you need more help with them.
Also, can you share with me some more about enabling recurring events more than 15 days.
You can manually type in the frequency of the event if you’d like.

Does that resolve the issue?
Thanks

MemberHi Anthony
We are preparing an update for Filter Bar that will be revealed within a matter of weeks that should allow you to sort through your webinars a bit better. It will allow for child and grandchild categories and tags. So within your webinars, you could have Category A as a child, Category B, etc. If you want to start preparing for that update by creating child and grandchild categories, you’ll be able to take advantage of that refined sorting sooner.
Thanks

MemberHello Tom
I’m really sorry that is happening to you. Can you reach out to your theme developer to look into the source of conflicts?
Thanks

MemberHi Bruce
Can you add this snippet to either your child theme’s functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin to see if that removes the list view of buttons?
add_filter( 'tribe_tickets_buy_button', '__return_empty_string' )
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks

MemberHello Patrick
We do not have that functionality built-in to our plugins. However, if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Until then, you could use a 3rd party plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-expirator/.
Would this work for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Manual
I’ll move this support thread to the Event Tickets Plus forum.
Our forums are your direct way to reach us. Is there any way we can assist you in resolving this matter? Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus are designed to work apart from any of our other plugins. You can go to Events » Settings » Tickets » Post types that can have tickets will enable tickets to be sold on posts/pages, etc.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Aeky
Unfortunately at this time, Filter Bar does not have support to work in shortcodes. It will only work on the default events page. We have proposed the feature being added, and I’m flagging your thread so you will know as soon as that is available. However, we do not have an estimated time on when we can begin working on this feature.
Thanks

MemberHello JohnPeter
Event Aggregator can aggregate events from multiple Facebook pages/groups so long as the event and page/group are public. You can schedule those events automatically, or run the imports manually.
Paypal would depend upon which ecommerce solution you go with. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. We do not directly integrate with Paypal at this time.Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
