MemberHello Nathaniel
http://wpshindig.com/event/warrandyte-wordpress-meetup/2017-07-06/ shows the expected view on mobile. The main difference between its layout and your’s is the related events.
You could override the layout settings using Themer’s Guide. Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. However, if you are able to get started and fairly close, we’d be happy to review the code you create.
Thanks

MemberHello Paul
Is there a chance that your theme settings may contain these? Some themes rearrange our settings and place these things inside their settings. I don’t have experience with the Enfold theme to determine that.
Are you able to see these settings when using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/? If not, that means we’d have a very different problem to investigate.
Please let me know the results on both of these.
Thanks

MemberHello Bridget
I’m glad that worked for you. I do hope your theme is able to resolve the conflict. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

MemberHello Patrick
I checked in with our developers about this issue. Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to change the datepicker “week start on” setting. I will flag this thread so that when a solution is available, you will be notified.
Thanks

MemberHello Daniel
yes, this will ad some troubleshooting data to the System Info that we can see on file on the live site. I’m hoping we get results this way rather than asking you to reset each of the subsite licenses. That would be rather tedious.
Thanks

MemberHello Roger
I believe it might, but I’d suggest testing on a staging server first. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHello Bridget
When I visited your link, I was unable to see the recurring events box displayed. However, you can toggle that setting by going to Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Front-end recurring event instances toggle.
Please let me know if that resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberHello Michelle
I will escalate this matter on to one of our developers. While we wait, it would be most helpful if we could get a few more details together.
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
===
If you don’t see any WP_DEBUG messages while browsing your site, could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Fifteen theme, and seeing if the issue persists.
If disabling the theme fixes it, we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict. Do you have any theme overrides for the Events Calendar? If so could you try disabling them by renaming your [themename]/tribe-events/ folder to βtribe-events-bakβ. Did that fix it?
If the issue persists in the default Twenty Fifteen theme, then we have a different set of debugging steps. Please keep the Twenty Fifteen theme enabled, and also disable any plugins other than the ones from Modern Tribe to see if that fixes it. If it does, please try re-enabling the plugins one at a time until the issue resurfaces. When it does resurface, can you let me know which plugin caused that to happen?
===
Is there a way we can look at this with all other plugins disabled and using a default theme? Staging or a clone on a subsite would be ideal.
Thanks

MemberHello Bridget
I’d be happy to address that issue. Can you provide me with a link to your site and send along your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/?
Unfortunately as this is a theme conflict, there isn’t much more we can do to resolve the conflict on Photo View.
Thanks

MemberHello Aurelien
The applicable part of http://wpshindig.com/venue/chocolati-greenwood/ is:
<script type="application/ld+json"> [{"@context":"http://schema.org","@type":"Place","name":"Chocolati Greenwood","description":"","url":"http://wpshindig.com/venue/chocolati-greenwood/","address":{"streetAddress":"8319 Greenwood Ave N","addressLocality":"Seattle","addressRegion":"WA","postalCode":"98103","addressCountry":"United States"},"geo":{"@type":"GeoCoordinates","latitude":47.6897253,"longitude":-122.3555189},"telephone":"","sameAs":""}] </script>Venue single pages do have JSON-LD.
Does that help to clarify?
Thanks
