ParticipantThis post: https://theeventscalendar.com/release-event-tickets-4-5-plus-events-calendar-pro/ shows the attached event view. How do I get this view? I can’t seem to make it happen. Thanks!

MemberHello Paul
That would be the list view. Events » Settings » Display » Default view » List.
It looks like you can preview that on your site at https://www.charlottelit.org/calendar/list/.
I am not sure what theme you may be using, but it looks like it has customized the list view display layout. Could you send along your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/? I could look at what theme you are using that way and let you know if it is customizing the layouts.
Thanks

MemberThanks Paul
It looks like your theme may be overriding the layout there a bit: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. You could reach out to the theme developer and see if they have suggestions, or try testing how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events » Settings » Display »
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

Let me know if either of these suggests work out.
Thanks

ParticipantCourtney, I don’t have those settings at all. I’ve attached a pic of my screen. I am updated to the latest versions of everything. — Paul

MemberHello Paul
Is there a chance that your theme settings may contain these? Some themes rearrange our settings and place these things inside their settings. I don’t have experience with the Enfold theme to determine that.
Are you able to see these settings when using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/? If not, that means we’d have a very different problem to investigate.
Please let me know the results on both of these.
Thanks

ParticipantOK, it looks like both these things are true.
When I change to twentyseventeen theme, your settings pages do change to the proper ones. And the list view does look like I want it to look. I can see that the second issue has to be taken up with the theme developer, but what about the first issue? Why would your settings pages change with different themes?

MemberHi Paul
It sounds like your theme developer may have rearranged where our settings display. I know this is true with other themes as well. Please ask them if they have placed them inside the theme settings somewhere, or have a guide on using their theme with our plugin. I see this often with themes purchased on ThemeForest.
Thanks
