No option to select where tickets are displayed!

Guys,

I am trying to add tickets to a custom post type, however I do not get any options under the Events > Settings > Tickets tab.

I have both Ticket and Ticker Plus installed… I am not using the Events plugin…

Hello Martin

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins except the custom post type generator and our plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Also, what are you using to create your custom post type?

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
