MemberHello Rafael
Did you want a different view there or was something not working?
If you’d like a different view on mobile, go to Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β» Default mobile view.
Looking forward to helping you get the desired effect on mobile that you’d like.
Thanks

MemberHi Martin
I just tested this again on my end. I did notice that I could only see 1 event until I set an end date. I pushed the recurring “Series ends on” out 2 years and saved. It then displayed when I went to view the entire series and could see it.
Can you test and see if an end date helps you?
Thanks

MemberHello JohnPeter
Please see WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. We do not directly integrate with payment gateways, but the options you are looking for might be available in the e-commerce plugins that would be required to work with Event Tickets Plus.
Thanks

MemberHi Paul
It sounds like your theme developer may have rearranged where our settings display. I know this is true with other themes as well. Please ask them if they have placed them inside the theme settings somewhere, or have a guide on using their theme with our plugin. I see this often with themes purchased on ThemeForest.

MemberHello Chanetelle
Have you installed The Events Calendar and then added your license there?
If that isn’t the issue, please send along your System Info.
Thanks

MemberHi Rich
I’m very sorry about any confusion. At this time, Filter Bar is only able to display on the default Events page. The formatting was off on the thread that you referred to, but was resolved.
That said, it is a proposed feature to allow Filter Bar to work with shortcodes. However, we have not begun work on that feature. I will be sure that you are notified here when that is available.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Roland
Wow, that’s a tough one. This site’s code does not point to any CMS, including WordPress. As such, I am unable to determine if this is our plugin (at this time we only work on WordPress powered sites). It does look like a lot of customization compared to our normal layouts. You can take a preview at some of our different layouts at http://wpshindig.com/events and toggle the View As near the top right area on the calendar.
Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. However, if you have decent developer skills, you can achieve a lot of customizations by following along with our Themer’s Guide.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?
Thanks

MemberHello Annie
For the location required feature, you can review https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/required-fields-for-events-submission-form/. This will enable you to make any field you want required.
To make the calendars appear separately, I’d suggest using a categories. Then you can display the calendars using a shortcode filtered per category. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes for either size layout.
At this time, Filter Bar can only be displayed on the main Events page, not on a page displayed via shortcode.
Does that clear things up?
Thanks

MemberHello Andrew
We do not have a means to export events as you described. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
You could also try something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ to take the data out to Excel.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/printfriendly/ is another option. This could enable you to print a well laid out PDF of the page in week view.
Would either of these options work for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Rafael
When I view the link on mobile, I see a mini calendar. Is this what you were expecting?

MemberHello Michelle
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
If that doesn’t reveal any conflicts, please go to Moving Your License Key to see how to disconnect and reconnect your Event Aggregator license from your site.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks
